Peek-A-Boo View, Amston Lake is located across the street from beautiful Amston Lake in Lebanon, CT. You will be staying just 50 yards away from the lake with direct access just across the street from one of the many public right-of-ways. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Hebron and Lebanon, CT. The cottage is a sophisticated, mid-century modern gem with an expansive deck from which you can enjoy that peek of a water view!
The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The location by the lake was delightful. Would be happy to return for another visit.
Very nice house. Was unable to enjoy surroundings as we were in town for a dance competition that consumed all our time. Property was as presented. Would use again.
This was our second visit. It's a really pleasant place to stay. My sister lives very close by. Amsten Lake is lovely. Hosts are on top of everything. Highly recommend!
This was a great place to stay to get away from the city. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. It was so peaceful sitting and relaxing on the decks. Easy check in and check out directions. Hosts responded quickly. I already recommended this place to a friend. Would definitely stay again. It was good for the soul
We enjoyed our stay at Peek-A-Boo View. Good communication with the owners before and during our visit.Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The cute cottage had many inviting spots, indoors and outside, to enjoy our visit. I loved that there was a good selection of books and games. This trip was for visiting family, so we basically used it for sleeping. I wish we had more time to use all the amenities it offers. Hopefully we will during our next visit.
House was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Loved the vibe.Excellent communication with the owner, all questions were answered quickly.House had everything we needed, location was across the street from the lake with access to swim or canoe.I was surprised how quiet it was, especially since it was summertime.Highly recommend.
We were 4 adults needing a place to sleep for a family event being hosted in Salem, CT. About a 25 minute drive. Small house in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice deck out front. Clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen essentials. Seemed like a nice location to spend some time relaxing, which we were not able to enjoy as our weekend was jam packed with family down in Salem. Hopefully, we get to come back again with more time to explore.
The Peek-a-Boo was very comfortable. First, it was very easy to check-in. Even late at night in the rain! The bungalow is VERY clean and the beds were spectacular. It was warm, inviting, and well stocked. Thanks for your hospitality.
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin by the lake. The place was clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy quality time with our son. We especially enjoyed the retro/mid-century decorations throughout the home. So much fun! We would not hesitate to stay here again!
It was clean. The headboard on queen bed was not attached which when we turned at night it woke us up. Limited linens for five nights. WiFi was good the bathing supplies seemed to be left over from other guests. Laundry was a nice touch. From the south so heating was a learned experience. Beautiful area just felt like we didnât feel like it was worth the price we paid.
Another lovely week on Amston Lake and this property was perfect for us! It's a cozy cottage with all the comforts of home, everything new and clean and carefully thought out. Comfortable mattress and a brand new washer/dryer make this nifty place a no-brainier for us! See you next test, and thanks for all!
My 4 kids and I stayed here for 3 nights for a little vacation from Pennsylvania. It was our second time in Connecticut and 2nd house we rented from Todd. Itâs very clean, has everything you need. Itâs in such a nice neighborhood. When you sit outside to drink your coffee, everyone is walking their dogs and everybody says hello. The night we got there it was a little rainy and we all took a little walk to one of the beaches. The next day it was rainy but we found an awesome shopping area to visit in Mystic. By the time we got back we were able to go to the lake for an afternoon of swimming. The beach is small and the water is crystal clear. We love Connecticut. We will definitely be coming back next year!
Cute little house with comfortable bed and everything in its place. Everything is clean and works. Though not directly on the lake, still has a lake cottage feel. Would stay here again.
We found the property to be excellent in every way. The shower was a little small for my very large husband but perfect for me!đ. We wished we were staying longer because it was pretty and restful. Our only complaint was the coffee maker. Itâs an off brand âKeurigâ and wouldnât work with the Keurig pods we brought with us. Iâd recommend the owners spring for the real thing since coffee is VERY important!!
It was clean. Back door stuck. Wished the porch was covered since it rained the whole time we were there. Shower was a little small. But we were comfortable.
