Welcome to our charming Atlanta vacation rental, located just 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta in the lively up and coming neighborhood of Chosewood Park. near the Atlanta Zoo, Grant Park, and the Beacon Atlanta. Our spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The home provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The living area is bright and airy, featuring large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Perfect Place for Family Gathering

This home was the perfect place for us to stay and have family over for the Thanksgiving meal. The home was very comfortable for us, the appliances were top-notch for all our Thanksgiving cooking, and the fire pit in the back yard was a great gathering place. The owner of this property was quick to respond to any questions or issues. We definitely plan to stay here again.

High crime area!!

The place was well taken care of. The location was so horrible that you can't even take a jog at night like I always do.

While I appreciate your candid response as someone who resides in the neighborhood we have not had a problem with crime. No other guests have complained about this matter in the time that I've been a host. If this concern had been brought to my attention I would've worked with you to refund your stay so that you may stay some where you were more comfortable staying.

Week long stay

Nice back yard for dogs to run and hang out. House was nice but needed cleaning. No vacuum cleaner to sweep or dishwasher soap in the house to wash dishes. Be careful not to walk to far from the house in evenings. Overall, decent stay for a week long stay.

Thank you Andres for your stay. I will need to note that we provided 2 dish pods as well as dish soap. The pods were located in the cabinet next to the fridge and the dish soap was in the dispenser located next to the sink. There was no vacuum, however there was a broom and dustpan that is located by the washer and dryer machine. We could’ve easily addressed these concerns if they were brought to our attention, sadly they were not. We will definitely take your review into consideration and advise future guests of the location of these items. Thank you.

Great little place!

This property worked sooo well for my family and I over this weekend! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The outside patio was nice to drink coffee on in the mornings. Know that you will need to bring soap, shampoo and laundry soap. We had neglected to do that, so we had to run to the store nearby. Not a big deal, but just want to warn future renters.

Lovely Atlanta Home

This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in many from all over the US! The house was well stocked with the necessities, beds were all very comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The back yard is quite large with a sturdy privacy fence. There are neighbors with dogs who barked a lot, but my family and my dog didn’t mind. We cooked a couple meals during our stay, and watched a movie in the cozy living room one evening. We will definitely stay here again! Easy to find home and close to everything we needed on the east side of Atlanta.

First but not last visit in Atlanta!

This was our first visit to Atlanta and first time staying in an VRBO! The house was lovely! It is an updated older house with all the modern touches and conveniences! Other than buying extra toilet paper, the house had everything a family of four needed. It is a short distance to downtown that you can drive yourself or take an Uber. The neighborhood is older but very quiet. One street over takes you to a main road, Moreland Ave, which if you head north, has groceries, fast food, restaurants and anything else you would need. Location is everything to us when we travel and this house fit the bill. This house has been a great first experience using VRBO! I would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying in Atlanta and wanting something near downtown. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious for groups

The host was very accommodating when it came to my early check in which I was super grateful for. I walked into the location and noticed how spacious it was. There is 3 bedrooms, one “day bed which is like a full size”, one room with a Queen bed (looks like a king size) and one room with two full size beds. The couch also is a pull out bed. 6 of us were able to sleep Comfortably. The house had working AC which was great and we were able to control the temperature. The bathrooms were clean and they provided us with towels. The downsides are SPIDERS and some bugs which I wasn’t too happy about being from NYC I didn’t think I would come and find bugs inside the house. There was only one mirrors in each bathroom, if only guys were staying there that would have been perfect but it was 5 women and 1 male so getting ready was a hassle (plus there was no mirrors in the rooms and no full length mirrors to check out our outfits) I think that’s something that should at least be added to the rooms. I wish we were provided a few bottle of water because the store isn’t near and when we got there we were so thirsty. Outside of those things we had a decent time and the host were very nice. We needed toilet tissue, garbage bags and hand tissue and they were provided. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the stay

We enjoyed our weekend getting ready for and celebrating my friends wedding. The property was clean, had several amenities, and communication with the owner was always prompt and professional. The only issue we had was the power in the two back rooms went out during the last two days of our stay. Other than that, we had a great time. Thank you!!

Back to school fun

Loved this property. I brought my kids for some fun at Six Flags and White Water before school starts back. The property was close to both attractions and the house was perfect for us. The check in and out was quick and easy, plus the communication with the owner was great!

The interior of the home was absolutely beautiful.

The home was in a less than desirable area (around the corner from a prison). Spiders were everywhere (we killed at least 5 in two days). The linens on one bed were mismatched.

The home is roughly a mile from the US Penitentiary, and the neighborhood is quiet with amazing neighbors. We pride ourselves on having a clean home and this is the first we've heard of spiders. This home is serviced quarterly by a pest control company.

A year after I gave birth to my second child I was fortunate to be able to purchase this home. After many years of living in this home, my family and I decided to turn it into a rental home. With the help of those around me as well as the advice of many people along the way, I was able to create something I feel is quite amazing. I completely finished renovating this property last year during the pandemic. As an educator, I felt the need to offset my income as I also use a great deal of the proceeds to provide items for my classroom. As time moves on I only hope to make this property a space that people will enjoy with their families.

Well, this property was the first property I was able to purchase on my own. I fell in love with the space and the structural bones of the home. It also has a serene and positive energy that can not be compared to other homes. With the beautiful backyard patio and pond, you will be able to enjoy the serenity undisturbed.

There is an amazing backyard patio that is large enough to have family meals. The pond provides an amazing view in the backyard. With ample parking, you and your guest will be able to easily fit in.
