Best Vacation House in Scottsdale!

Hands down the best vacation rental. The house has everything you need to relax and have a comfortable stay. From the sparkling pool to the confortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Cleanliness, ease of check in, location, pool, everything needed for a roast for Christmas dinner, … We were all very pleased.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly quick to respond and very attentive throughout our visit. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. The heated pool was a perfect 91 degrees, which made swimming in November such a treat. They were also very accommodating with my allergies, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect and Ken and Jacqui were incredible hosts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. When we told Ken and Jacqui we were traveling with a little one, we found the pack-n-play set up with a gift basket that had wipes, baby shampoo, and a pack of swim diapers, which was beyond thoughtful! The kids had hours of fun in the heated pool and did not want to leave back home. One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed in this Grayhawk home for 3 weeks and it was PERFECT. We have stayed in a lot of Arizona homes and we loved everything about this home. The hosts were immediately available for anything, the check in /check out was so easy, the location was the best, neighborhood was so quiet, beds were comfortable and lots of TV's. We did not want to leave and we will definitely stay in this home again. Soon we hope.

I want to go back!!

Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed home. The heated pool and back yard was truly an oasis. The owners of the property were awesome and really have achieved the perfect home to share ! Excellent communication leading up to my reservation and very responsive throughout my stay.

Wonderful stay!

This home is a gem! Truly the best home we have stayed in. Over the top communication with owners. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you will need and more. The king bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable. Great and easy location to restaurants and hiking paths.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

From the minute we entered the house we were thrilled… 2 adults and 2 older teens. We have rented in various areas and this was one of our favorites…. Spotless, great location, very well equipped and well stocked. In addition , the owner was very available, helpful, and left a lovely “welcome basket “ full of goodies. Would highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect spot for our family to spend a week in the sunshine. The home was updated, clean, cozy, and had a number of amenities that just made the stay easy and stress-free. We enjoyed the heated pool, neighborhood walks, bike rides, nearby shopping, and many other daily outings that were close by. The owners were friendly and had excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Quiet

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with bike and walking trails nearby. Ken, the host, responded to questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

The Best House in Scottsdale!

We are so thankful to our hosts for providing the perfect home away from home. The house was in immaculate condition and the pool was a special bonus on hot days after golf. This is our 2nd time to stay there and we invited guests who also thought the property was awesome. The location is premium and next to lots of great golf and restaurants. The decor is modern and welcoming. We highly recommend staying there and will continue to do so in the future.

Grayhawk

From check in, to asking for a last-minute late checkout Ken was a GREAT host and very easy to communicate with. The home is clean, beautiful and in a great location!! The evening walks to the parks on the beautiful pathways within the neighborhood can't be beat. Prime location for anything you may need. Can't say enough great things about the host and the home itself!!

Short and Sweet

We only spent a week in town, but the house was perfect for us. We had 3 people staying there, so there was plenty of space and privacy if needed. The backyard was small, but perfect for us with the pool and the lovely birds singing every morning. Great location with a Starbucks within walking distance! :)

Best VRBO In Scottsdale!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay. This property is a wonderful VRBO! The Property was very clean, warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Ken and Jacqui were terrific hosts - very responsive and friendly. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion and with complete politeness. Bottomline…we were VERY pleased with our stay and will definitely come back here to stay the next time we are in town. Thank you!!

Perfect Home Away From Home

We were there for a golf trip and the house was centrally located which enabled us to spend more time relaxing than commuting. The home is very spacious and well appointed with new appliances and furnishings. It was creatively decorated and very comfortable. The pool area was perfect for after golf relaxing. The hosts were extremely easy to get ahold of and communicated very well. The home literally had everything we needed and the welcome gift was a very nice touch. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Best Vacation House!

My husband and I stayed at Ken's house in Grayhawk over 4th of July weekend. This was by far the best VRBO house we have ever rented. From the moment you walk in the front door the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, with modern amenities. The pool was so clean and refreshing. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The owner even left out the garage door openers which was great to allow us to park in the garage during 115 degree temperatures. We loved the location of the property in Grayhawk with access to great restaurants, coffee shops and resort amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun

We have been traveling to the Valley of the Sun for over 30 years, staying at homes after giving up on noisy resorts a long time ago. This home located north of the 101 is as advertised, no phony pics here. You get the quiet being in Greyhawk, but still located close to conveniences and dining options. The home has more amenities than we could use during our week long stay. We would highly recommend for a couple or group up to 6. Thank you Ken and Jacqui for sharing your home. Barb & Mark

The perfect getaway in Scottsdale

We just finished an amazing week in Scottsdale. The VRBO had a lot to do with the vacation. The house is better than the description. It is beautiful and well equipped. They’ve thought of everything. They even had both a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Lots of towels for both the pool and for each bathroom. Large TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the main living area with plenty of seating. The location was perfect. We never had more than a 20 minute drive to any restaurant, grocery store or movie theater. Took a lovely walk along the paths in Grayhawk. The pool, gas grill, and outdoor seating were perfect. Large trees provided some shade during our morning and afternoon swims. The sound system (both inside and out) were really nice. This was the first time my husband didn’t need to pack remote speakers. We hope to visit Scottsdale again and will book this property without hesitation. If you are looking for a VRBO, look no further.
