Situated on the third (lagoon) hole of the renowned Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course, unobstructed views extend all the way to the Pacific Ocean. To the right, impressive cloud formations settle over the green hills of Waimea as the setting sun slowly drops into the ocean in a blaze of spectacular color.

The condo is spacious and comfortable thanks to an open floor plan and 9 ft ceilings. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and King bed. There is a powder room near the front entry. Decor is tasteful with several recent furniture upgrades.

This immaculate 2BR 2.1BA gem is an end unit in a quiet, well maintained low density, gated complex with pool and BBQ’s. As well, guests can access the large community pool, tennis courts, bookmobile library and for the golfer, discounted greens fees at the Waikoloa Village Recreational complex, literally steps away. Walk 3 mins to golf course restaurant and bar. Or walk 15 mins to Highland Shopping center for more dining options, bank, UPS, Drs. office, KTA groceries, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy. The best of the beaches, 5-star resorts, dining, shopping and activities are a 10-15 min. drive away.

Host was very welcoming. The condo unit is spacious and supplied with everything one would want at a vacation home. We used the beach equipment, cooked a few meals, and slept well. Great location! Perfect vacation!

Relaxing in the soft air of the Big Island

This was our second time staying in this lovely unit and it once again did not disappoint. Great location on the golf course, lovely sunset views every night, and great proximity to the community pool, club house and restaurant

Loved the property, it had everything we needed. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean and well maintained. Owners very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect place to stay.

Great Spot

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, well stocked and a great location as a jump off point to the rest of the island. If there’s one negative it would be the golf course maintenance crew cutting grass at 4:30am, but it really didn’t bother too much.We we recommend this unit and would definitely stay there again when we return to the island.

Simply Beautiful

This unit is located on the ground floor in an exquisite setting! The condo itself is extremely well equipped, and everything is well organized and clean. The view from the lanai is spectacular, with the golf course as a central theme. You will require a car to explore the island of Kona. Thank you, Deborah and John.

The property was clean and accommodating with organized instructions. It has a complete amenities including beach gears. It's like being home away from home. However, the daily early morning gardeners was a bit much. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

We appreciate the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into preparing a place for guests to enjoy. Not just the big things, but all of the small items too. Such as the rechargeable flashlights, ocean and beach items particularly the rubber sand mats, the notes on the door areas, labels on the light switches, land line (which came in handy when the emergency services called about the high winds and potential power outages), the paper supplies, leftover containers for storing items in the refrigerator, extra garbage bags and paper products, and the lanai shades to help keep the living room cooler. We found this place to be welcoming and quieter than other Big Island locations.

Vacation in Paradise

Deborah is a wonderful host and her condo was perfect for our family of 4 - sparkling clean and plenty comfortable for a 12 night stay. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool in the complex was very clean and immaculately maintained and most of the time we were the only people there. The location was great for exploring stunning Kohala coast beaches . We had a great time and hope to be back!

Very pleasant stay

Ideal location, happy to have A/C, kitchen was well appointed, owner was responsive. Regards improvements: perhaps lighting in the stairwell and/or reflective yellow tape on stairs. We were never able to figure out how to turn on bedroom TV.

First time to HI

The unit was very nice and comfortable! The golf course was beautiful to wake up to every day! Loved having the nene geese announcing themselves every day! I am not sure if it was noted that the ground floor unit had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to. I have an injured bad knee that made it very difficult to go up and down constantly! I know about water conservation in the toilets. , but if you did not know which toilet to hold down flush is complete, defeated the purpose flushing g 2-3 times! Got very windy one day and one of the blind pieces flew off! Was too high to try to reinsert. Location was fairly convenient to getting to places. Might choose one closer to shops and beaches! Overall, very pleasant stay! Too bad ceiling was not soundproofed! Upstairs person heard walking and flushing of toilet. Would have preferred not to have had 2 flights of stairs to get to unit or up to to vehicle! There was leak under kitchen sink next to last day as doing dishes. Not sure if from runoff from where sink and counter met. Seemed to be only time it leaked. We checked it few times. No new leaks. Nice being in golf course! Mahalo

Highly Recommended!

Big thanks to Deborah for the condo rental. The property was as every bit as good as advertised. I was here for 18 nights and the condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Beach accessories, beach towels, extra bedding, games, puzzles, books, cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances and accessories. I needed to provide nothing during my stay except groceries. Waikoloa Village is the perfect place to stay with abundant sunshine and slightly drier climate than down in Kona. Viewing the sunsets off the lanai every night with an adult beverage was the perfect way to end each day. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location!

Way enjoyed every minute of this property. Beautiful lanai on the golf course With views all the way to the ocean! All the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked any item we wanted was at our fingertips. This was a great central location for visiting all of the island and the great beaches that were nearby.

Beautiful condo

The unit is modern and clean. It is on the ground floor and has a magnificent view of the golf course and ocean in the distant. Nene are your most vocal neighbors. It is difficult to find the unit in the dark the first time. The unit manager was no where to be found. Call them in a pickle because we could not see the little signs they stated in the email. They did not return the call until the next morning. That is not helpful at all.
