Just a short walk to the Sandhill neighborhood pool and close to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Mia’s Beach House is the ideal vacation destination.
Attention Guests: To book this property, you must be at least 25 years old, sign the rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit of $1,500. Failure to agree to these terms will result in denial of your reservation. For any questions, please call or message the host.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Max Occupancy: 8 guests (You must confirm the number of guests in your party at least 10 days before arrival)
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
- Golf Cart: 6 Passenger golf cart included.
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival
- Parking: 2 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available)
- Community Access: Complimentary access to all WaterColor community swimming pools, including - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. Guests must confirm the number of people in their party and complete the resort waiver at least 10 days prior to arrival to guarantee access.

- Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
- Private Beach Access: Guests have complimentary access to the Watercolor Beach Club
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club

Beach Club: Main pool and lounge area, infinity edge pool, zero-entry pool, Watercolor Grill, Costa Chica Restaurant, sunset bar
Camp WaterColor: Family pool with slide, zero-entry pool, lazy river, cabana bar, outdoor quick food restaurant
Other Amenities: Pay-per-play tennis center, bike and hiking trails, beach access, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks

Grocery and Postal Services: Publix grocery store and US Post Office at WaterColor Crossings (half mile away)

No Parties/Gatherings: Strictly enforced; max 8 family members allowed at a time
No Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed
No Smoking: Non-smoking property (includes vaping and medicinal drugs)
Age Requirement: Minimum renter age is 25 years old
Food/Drinks: Not allowed in bedrooms
Vehicle Restrictions: No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted
Rental Agreement: Must be signed to avoid cancellation without refund

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise, vulgar language, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
