We are located on Kemp Channel, which is one of the most accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country, as well as a quick, ten-minute ride to the open Atlantic and it’s coral reefs, including the world-famous Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary

Venture Out is a gated community. There are an abundance of amenities, including an 80' olympic-sized, heated pool, which is located ocean-side, with a separate kiddie pool; saltwater swimming/snorkeling area adjacent to the pool; and a newly remodeled bath house.
