Dunes of Panama 1506E- Free Beach Chairs!

Dunes of Panama 1506E is a freshly renovated beach themed 3 Br 2 Ba oceanfront vacation rental condo located on the 15th floor of the Dunes of Panama Building E provides large families of up to 10 people the perfect Thomas Drive vacation location. The condo has a master bedroom with King bed and private bath suite, The master also has sliding glass doors that access the oversized beachfront balcony to sip a glass of wine while catching the stunning sunsets!

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a private oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and accesses the large oversized beachfront balcony as well. The second and third bedrooms share the 2nd bath.

The oversized beachfront den has a sleeper sofa which can accommodate two additional guest and two sets of sliding glass doors that access the oceanfront balcony - one of PCB's largest outdoor oceanfront balconies.

The Dunes of Panama complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, fitness center, tiki hut and spacious beach access. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

The Thomas Drive area provides guest with easier access to restaurants like Dat Cajun Place, Patches, Schooners, Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, J Michaels as well as local attractions and activities without the traffic congestion of the Pier Park area of PCB. Saint Andrews Bay and the State Park are just minutes away and family activities like golf and jet skis can be enjoyed within 10 mins drive of the condo. Free Parking for up to three cars with a condo vacation rental reservation at our Beachfront Paradise in PCB.

Condo was great! Very clean. We have stayed at many different condos in Dunes of Panama and this was definitely one of our favorites! A nice closet full of some beach things like boards, chairs, shovels, etc. We added a football, volleyball, and net to it to hopefully use next year when we are back.

Great property and super huge bonus that the owner and I share a pet allergy so it was clean and free of dander and pet smells. That made the trip comfortable and no need for Benadryl. One odd thing for the price is the lack of toilet paper afree first roll (per bathroom to be fair) and no coffee filters. Not a deal breaker at all, but for a higher end rental it seemed an odd omission. Not a cost issue for us, more of a head scratcher was all. We would absolutely rent again and recommend to others. The views were great and every room was nicely set up and included balcony access. Laundry machines were a big plus too. Can’t beat the beach access and the of course the pool if you’re looking for a cleaner swim. Awesome place, looking at our calendar for 2027 to rent again!

Thanks for staying with us! The views are amazing and it’s a super spacious condo. I’ll answer your thought on coffee filters and toilet paper. We used to stock salt and pepper and coffee filters and a few seasonings…..then Covid hit and guest complained we left items someone touched or left and our review scores went down because guest thought we were inconsiderate of their concerns. Then when the Covid madness died down people started taking it home every week and with 82 properties it was impossible to carry extra quilts and towels and blankets and pillowcase covers to replace things people were staining and damaging and carry 82 bottles of salt and 12 doffeeent type coffee filters for the myriad of coffee maker brands we have in our 82 units. So we just had to stock the important items that were truly important to guest stays and let guest pick up their preferred filters and seasonings etc. As for toilet paper with 82 condos we stocked packs and there again guest took what was left home and then we received complaints we stocked Charmin and they wanted Cottenelle or dime other brand. So we just started providing a starter roll in each bath and letting guest pick up their favorite brand on their grocery run. Our reviews went up in score and our guest were actually happier having the things they wanted in the condo. I believe in processes in business and once we started focusing on the big picture items with our staff oir guest overall have been happier! hurry back,

Family Vacation on the Beach

The condo was super clean. We loved the layout of the place. All three bedrooms face the gulf and have balconies. It’s very nice. The host was available and quick to respond to any of our questions. Great vacation!!

Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful with thoughtful amenities. The location has beautiful views and is close to the pool, beach access and Stingrays sandwich shop. I would highly recommend it. We hope to be back!

Fall Break

We have stayed at multiple condos in this building. This is by far our favorite. Everything was perfect. We even requested an extra night and the communication was quick and easy to get that done.

Awesome beach vacation with the family

Really enjoyed the spacious and contemporary decor of the condo. Balcony wraps around entire condo and has great views/sounds of the waves.Huge walk in closets that my teenagers never used but if you have little kids-they can camp out /play in there!

Clean, spacious condo. Loved having access to the balcony from all bedrooms. The only very small complaint( only from us women) is maybe adding a couple mirrors in the bedrooms that share a bathroom. 10/10

Needed some TLC before we got there. Broken dishwasher, clogged drains, no dishtowels, leaks which required us to run dehumidifier constantly. Would consider staying again. Also have not received deposit after 2 weeks!!!

Just right for our family with kids.

The only downside I could say about the place is we found dirty blankets—even a booger on the side, sand still left as if it wasn’t actually changed, I’m not quite sure. But we are the kind of family that likes to bring our own sheets and blankets to rental properties. You just never know. I don’t want to downplay this rental, it was stunning! Very spacious. Just as pictured but bigger! The kids loved it, our entire family. We stayed for the 4th of July and fireworks were beautiful. Easy beach access. Elevators are quick! Great timely responses from the property. I would recommend to stay here but may want to double check the linens. Other than that, thank you for the lovely stay!

Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Dunes. The condo was spacious, clean, and the views were beautiful. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the porch The Dunes were doing some upkeep while we were there. We were contacted about this prior to our stay, which I greatly appreciate. The downsides of our stay is the dryer did not work. I was notified of this as I was checking in, but nothing was done about it. We had no way to dry our beach towels. No extra sheets were provided for the pull out sofa. Finally, check out was also at 9 a.m., which is difficult when you have small children.

Lovely beach condo

I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. Rooms & closets were big. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had lots of stuff with a waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker & lots of spare dishes. Access to the beach was easy. Pool was a great amenity as well. Communication with the property manager was stellar. Had an issue with my shower not draining well. Easy to text or call and issue was resolved very fast! Overall, I do recommend booking this condo!!

We loved the condo. The balcony was spacious and the view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach. The pool area and pool was very nice. The condo could have been a little more clean. And for the price of the cleaning fee I couldn’t believe they asked us to sweep before we left.
