The Pink Highland House | Downtown Dunedin

The Pink Highland House is a newly renovated charming Old Florida style home that has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2000 sq. ft of living space. Located 2 blocks off Dunedin's Main Street and walking distance to St. Josephs Sound and the Pinellas Trail makes this location the perfect spot to call home while visiting.
Centrally located to Tampa and Clearwater Beach as well as our award winning Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island makes the location even that much better.

The Pink Highland House is a totally renovated 2 story coastal retreat with character and charm around every corner. Outside you'll enjoy a large front porch and fenced in front yard, the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy that Florida lifestyle. Inside you'll find a large eat in kitchen, a workspace, indoor laundry, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms ( all upstairs) and 2 family rooms to enjoy.

**Although we have plenty of space for large families we DO NOT allow any parties or events at the Highland House.**

This property has a cottage in the rear of the property that can be rented at the same time and is also rented regularly. The cottage has the use of the shared driveway.

Please do not block either side of the driveway and park only on the parking pad itself. We have room for 3 cars, other cars would have to use free street parking in front of the house or park in a parking lot downtown.

Pink Highland House was Perfect!

This house was extremely clean and had all the little extra amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed that we could walk to anywhere in Dunedin as well as jump on our bikes and take the pinellas trail, which was only 2 blocks away. I would highly recommend this host and this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Bright, modern and clean. Comfy furniture, big kitchen table to gather around. Well equipped kitchen. Very near downtown but quiet. We would stay there again!

Three adults, 2 young kids, and 1 infant. The property was perfect—quiet, walkable, cute, and extremely clean. Erin was extremely responsive and kind, and we would be happy to stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The cottage is in a great area, close to restaurants and shopping, and a very short drive to the beaches. We can’t recommend Dunedin and the Pink Highland House enough!!

Excellent stay at the Pink Highland House

The 6 of us stayed at the Pink Highland house in Dunedin, Fl. for 5 nights and we all were impressed with the location to Downtown Dunedin and very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the inside of the house. What is advertised on Vrbo is completely accurate. Erin & Bill are responsive owners to all of our questions before, during and after our stay.

Family Thanksgiving

Property was perfect for adults and our grandchildren. It was clean, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished (including lots of hooks for hanging in bedrooms and bathrooms!!) and within an easy walk to downtown and the waterfront park. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Dunedin.

Fun in Dunedin

The house is centrally located and easy walking distance to main street, marina and the bike rental/path. We rented bikes and went to Honeymoon Island. Was a super easy bike ride. The interior the house was nicely decorated and plenty of room for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house, convenient and comfortable! My family enjoyed the open floor plan and front porch. Beds were comfortable and new. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Great place for a mini vacation!

Lovely house in a great location. Everything very walkable, beaches about 15-20m drive. House was clean and well equipped, the hosts had great communication. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Beautiful space - great location

The house was beautiful and had the perfect amount of sleeping and living space for our 2 families. The kitchen had everything that we needed - and everything felt new and clean. The location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

Great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is wonderful and the details at the renovations were immaculate. All appliances are new everything has been well taken care of. The bedding was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a wonderful place to stay and close enough to walk to all of the restaurants and breweries in the area. We definitely stay at this location again

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, clean and updated home. It was so comfortable and relaxing! It’s location is walkable to great restaurants, too. Erin was so quick to reply with all communications. We will hopefully return in the future!!

Great find!

We ended up needing a place on short notice so we could come down and be with family and this house worked out great! It's beautifully decorated and very clean with lots of nice little touches (including the USB plugs for charging all around the house). The front fenced in area was great for our kids. And the proximity to great coffee shops, bakeries and beer was also a big plus. Since we have family in the area, I'm sure we'll be back!

Quiet place close to lots of beaches

We were looking for a place that would allow us to get to the beach easily, but that was not too busy or had too much touristy noise, and this was just the right spot. The house was very well kept by the owners, plenty of towels (including beach towels), and kitchen items for our convenience and use. Really appreciated the separate up and downstairs A/C units as the upstairs has all the bedrooms, and we tend to like it cooler where we sleep. The marina is close enough to walk to and has a great sunset along with many on the water options, and Clearwater beach is not a far drive. Lots of great local eating options as well, including some great coffee shops. Host was great at communication and checked in to be sure we were doing well. Would recommend for a quiet family getaway.
