The home is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding party housing or groups.
Main level you will find a living and dining room, full kitchen, office, half bath and laundry room. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax.
All of the 4 suites in the main house have their own private bath w/ Jacuzzi, mini frig. microwave and internet. You also have access to the 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 out back with a private lanai and full kitchen.
Guest have access to the whole property.
I live close by so will be available if needed.
Located in the quaint Scottish town of Dunedin. Walk, bike or golf carts everywhere! The house is located 1 and a half blocks from Main Street, the heart of downtown, where you will find a ton of restaurants, shops, live music and activities. This vibrant little town always has a full calendar of things to do from a weekly farmers market to sunset music in the park.
