La Corderie - Grande maison familiale / sunny family home - Montfarville

Nous louons notre maison familiale, La Corderie, à Montfarville (Cotentin) proche de l’Anse de Landemer, Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue, Barfleur, Cherbourg et surtout de plusieurs plages (+/- 200m) où les ballades peuvent être longues comme courtes.

La maison a une superficie de +/- 200m² habitables pouvant accueillir un maximum de 12 personnes et comportant 2 étages. Elle dispose de 4 chambres et un grand dortoir, ainsi que de 2 salles d’eau. Vous profiterez aussi d’une grande véranda lumineuse. En partie rénovée, la maison offre tout le confort moderne avec une cuisine équipée, un salon avec téléviseur et box TV, lecteur Blu-ray/DVD, connexion wifi sans oublier une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot, une petite bibliothèque (avec bandes dessinées) et des jeux pour jeunes enfants.

Plusieurs places de parking sont disponibles dans la cour de la propriété.

L’électroménager et le mobilier « utile » au séjour comprend :
- un lave linge
- un sèche linge
- un lave vaisselle
- un four ainsi qu’un micro-onde ainsi qu’une plaque à induction
- des sèches cheveux
- un fer à repasser
- un aspirateur
- deux réfrigérateurs (dont un avec congélateur)
- un appareil à raclette
- un mixeur
- un grille pain
- une plancha
- une cafetière, une bouilloire et un appareil à capsule Nespresso
- deux chaises hautes et deux lits parapluie pour les bébés sont disponibles
- une table à langer
- du mobilier de jardin (2 tables de pique-nique, un barbecue à charbon avec une cheminée de démarrage).

We are excited to announce that our family house, La Corderie, located in Montfarville (Cotentin) is now available for rent. Close to the Landemer Cove (Anse de Landemer), Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue, Barfleur, Cherbourg and even closer to the sea (+/- 200m), the house is spacious and is perfect for big families gatherings and reunions with friends, boasting 4 double bedrooms, a big dormitory with four single beds, a shower room, a bathroom with toilet, and two separate toilets, with a range of other amenities ideal for a comfortable stay.

The key features of the house are 2 spacious gathering areas (a sunroom containing a large dining area joined to the open kitchen and a second big dining room adjacent to living room with large well-functioning fireplace and a piano) and a lovely fenced garden just off the sunroom kitchen from where it is easy to keep an eye on the kids while you cook or relax at the table with a cup of tea. A separate utility/mudroom provides overflow kitchen storage (with a second refrigerator with freezer), a place to clean seafood, organize recycling and keep your muddy boots ! The kitchen, bathrooms, and upper level have all been renovated recently.

The house comes with a lot of furniture and services :
