The home was in a great location and we enjoyed all the features and amenities it had to offer. The lanai in the back was incredibly enjoyable to sit, eat, and enjoy the weather.There was plenty of space for 5 of us to relax and enjoy without feeling cramped.The garage had a supply of fins and masks for snorkeling and beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing at the beach with room for parking our vehicle.This is a great location for easy beach access with a few restaurants within walking distance and walking/hiking trails very close. The roads are narrow but able to walk down either side on your way to the beach. The only issue that we experienced was the wifi. It had very poor connection and often would not work at all. It is good that we didn't come to Maui to sit in the home but to experience all that Maui has to offer. It would have been nice to have it work in the evenings and early mornings for work related items. Overall, a great experience. We talked on multiple occasions that we would frequent this again.

Location, location!

We love, Napili Bay, and the location of this property is amazing - All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach!! Lots of beach toys available in the garage, including beach chairs. Garage held both of our cars nicely and was very safe. Every room and kitchen was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable - there was even a light in the closet, which would’ve been the only thing I would’ve suggested, but don’t have to. Communication has been so easy and timely!

Worth the expense

We had a great time. Walking distance to two great beaches. Water was incredibly clear. Saw fish and turtles. Missed not having a pool, but made up for it with amazing beaches. Nice having family all in one place. Saw a few bugs as expected, but kept food contained in fridge and no bugs found in kitchen. Would totally stay here again if I need three bedrooms. Property manager stayed in touch and fixed any problems we had. I love Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house overall, but nearly impossible to get good sleep. Seems there is a chicken coop behind the house, and the crowing would start at 4 AM. It is loud and continuous!

Just walks to the secluded beach and world famous Napili Bay or a short drive to famous Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village for dining and shopping. Napili Beach condo

Fantastic location with plenty of room to spread out with easy parking. 2 comments to note: 1. there was an odd smell but we got used to it. 2. the roosters at the neighboring property are really loud for the back two bedrooms. They start crowing at like 4am and are loud! Maybe the owners should supply box fans or sound machines to help combat the noise. Even with these issues the location was incredible!!

Napili Bay vacation

Overall the unit was exactly as described in the description. All bedrooms upstairs with a large master suite. The lanai was very nice and shaded so we stayed out there quite a bit. Sleeper sofa was comfortable enough for 2 adults. In our case two older teens. The beach chairs and umbrella need to be replaced. They were not usable. We ended up renting from Snorkel Bob’s just up the street. Washer and dryer in the garage was a plus. The only drawback were the roosters behind us who began their crowing at 4 am but we got used to it.

Family stay.

Our stay was not as expected. The condo wood work was visibly dirty. The shower curtain was moldy. The freezer had a frozen explored Sprite bottle. I contacted the manager. She sent a maintenance person to clean. When we returned to the condo in the evening, it was much better with wood work washed, show curtain changed and pop bottle removed from freezee.

Great Location and Very Responsive

We had a wonderful stay. Very close to the beach. There was a wagon in the garage which made the trip to the beach a breeze. Only downsides we experienced were the check in process and communication about what amenities were in the condo. For our checkin we had to contact the property manager a few times in order to get the code for entry (condo and gate). for amenities, we contacted the property manager a few days before our trip to see if we needed to bring/rent a high chair and a pack and play for our little one. We were informed the condo didn’t have them, so we arranged to rent them. When we arrived, there was a high chair and a pack and play already in the garage.

Reasonable Value for Napili Bay

The condo offers good space for a family at a price point that is reasonable compared to some neighboring property prices - e.g. the Ritz or the Montage. Many practical details, from wireless charging clocks in bedroom to a gas grill on the porch to a cart for the beach in the garage, help to make the stay easier. The beach is small and OK. The condo itself shows its age and would benefit from things like fresh carpeting, but the management company was quick to respond to repair needs - except a critical one - a screen door to the back porch with a broken lock mechanism. That created some anxiety. To summarize, as someone else wrote, good but not great.

Being on an island, some parts are not readily available, but rest assured, these condos are extremely safe. Wonderful Holiday at Residences at Napili Bay by Montage

There were 6 adults and a 14 month old in our party. We rented a high chair and packnplay. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the two kings were huge, even the queen bed was great. Everything was very clean. It was very easy to walk to the beach from the unit. We liked how close it was to Island Vibes Cafe. It was a great place for Acai bowls and lattes. We loved being able to wash off with the outdoor shower in the back. My little granddaughter really liked it. We all appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel equipment in the garage too. We had a small issue with a broken lock on the back door and Epic Realty was so responsive! They sent someone over to fix it in less than 24 hours. I’m glad that other reviewers mentioned the roosters so we knew what to expect. They did start early; but it wasn’t a big deal. We would return in a heartbeat!

Unbeatable location, all amenities provided!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family of 7 with 3 small Keiki, we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here at Napili Bay. The condo/house size, layout, comfort, and amenities were more than we expected which made our stay so easy and effortless! Everything was clean and homely, comfortable beds, awesome back patio with BBQ, and the beach is so close we easily walked our little ones there with the provided folding wagon. The security of the property gate and garage were especially appreciated, although this area is the coolest mix of local and touristy and we felt safe. Epic Realty is responsive, friendly, and we did not feel burdended by having to leave the place immaculate or anything (just basic, easy cleaning). There were plenty of beds with the couch included, very comfortable mattresses, enough towels since there's a washer and dryer, bathroom amenities, dishes, nice pots and pans, toilet paper etc. We already want to go back and will absolutely consider Epic Realty again!

Good but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whoever took the photos for this listing deserves a prize because they make it look much nicer than it actually is. Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice unit in a good location "steps from the beach" with a really nice design including the panoramic windows in the front. Unfortunately, those panoramic windows don't look out on the ocean or even a nice garden, they look out onto the parking lot. To get to the beach you have to walk through that parking lot, across the street, and through one of the resorts on the other side. Also, the parking lot has a gate which can be opened only by a keypad that is not accessible from a car, so every time you come back from a drive you have to get out of the car to open the gate. Not a huge big deal, but it is annoying.On the plus side, this is a very nice place to stay, very roomy, a nice lanai, well equipped, reasonably well maintained, though it could use a little updating. The management company was very good, responding promptly to a couple of maintenance issues that we had. All in all we had a very nice stay, but we probably wouldn't go back.

Fantastic Condo in Napili Bay just next to Kapalua

The location is very safe for families while still being close to everything. The space was clean with updated furniture and a great patio for cooking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house did not seem clean, but we were "assured that it was" and that it was just the "tropical climate" that made it seem dirty. We would have accepted this explanation if we only had issues with the ants we saw throughout the house. We had issue with cockroaches, centipedes, ants and mice! There were cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. When we reached out to Epic Realty, they said they would have someone come over and spray. They then proceeded to accuse us of being the reason there were all these pests! for leaving bags of chips on the kitchen counter (even though we saw several alive and dead cockroaches, ants and centipedes in the place before we unpacked). The house had no basic cleaning supplies: brooms, dust pans, nothing to sanitize with (and with covid numbers on the rise that seemed unreasonable). When we asked about supplies, they apologized and then told us they would be dropping them off. A broom was dropped off later that day. But when asked about the other supplies they said that we are down the street from the store and that we could get our own. They then proceeded to say that us reaching out to them multiple times about these issues could be considered "harassment".Another issue we had was that the glass door to the deck. It did not properly lock. It had some type of tape on it and seemed like they had tried to fix it. It wasn't a big deal until we came home after a long day to road to Hana and the door was wide open! When we called about it, they said there was nothing that they could do and to fill out a police report if we had anything stolen. Overall, the location was amazing. But for what we paid, to have to deal with all the pests and horrible customer service, I would NOT recommend this place. I would recommend the location, but not this property or anything managed by Epic Realty.

We accommodated every request and even explained the tropical environment in Maui and why we do not leave food or anything on counters. I do hope you see that we really tried to help. Wonderful Stay in Napili

My family had a great stay in Napili! The residence is a short walk to Napili bay for swimming and snorkeling, and a quick drive to Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahina. This was a great location for us during our travels to Maui. Everything was clean, well maintained and communication was excellent throughout the stay.
