Beachy and cozy townhome with a balcony for each room! Host was easy to contact and very responsive. We rented the golf cart also and I highly recommend renting one of them. It's an easy and fun way to change the whole island experience! Location is really great, there is a Publix, a liquor store, a CVS, and a Walgreens literally across the street. Extremely convenient for groups like us who always forget something when we go to the store. Overall, great location, close to the beach, comfortable beach vibe in the home, and excellent host communication.

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this beautiful townhouse. The house was clean and in a perfect location. We did get the golf cart and used it every single day. Made getting around very easy. This location was perfect with the beach right across the street. The house comes with everything you need for a perfect beach day. I am just leaning and I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful AMI townhome. Well-furnished 3/3. Heated pool a sparkling gem. So close to Holmes Beach. Many beach accoutrements available in closed garage. The cart golf was worth the added price. Across the street from the Publix plaza that also offers restaurants, ice cream, hardware and touristy store options. The Smiths were quick to respond. Loved our time there!

Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants right across the street. The golf cart was handy for exploring the island and getting our things to the beach. The property was clean and the hosts communicated well.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect - great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had a lot of fun exploring the island on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location, clean and well equipped! Townhouse also has a private garage and absolutely everything you’ll need for the beach which is always a plus! We didn’t use the pool at all as we stayed on the beach all week. Property right across from grocery, beach stores and amazing restaurants.

Absolutely perfect place for a long weekend in February! The townhouse had everything we needed and Tim was very responsive to questions we had. Our kids loved the heated pool and the golf cart was perfect for getting around the island. Our kids were already asking when we would be coming back again.

Lovely stay; close to beach. Loved the golf cart. The towels smelled great and beds are comfy. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

The location is amazing! A grocery store and many local restaurants across the street, as well as access to the free island trolley right out front of the complex. The unit is well furnished and stocked with anything you might need - a big plus! The decor is fantastic! And the view from the screened in balconies - wow!!! The host is responsive and helpful - another huge bonus!

Great Place!

Loved it! Super nice condo, clean, perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay again. PS- go to La Creperie across the street, amazing cafe/breakfast/lunch spot, can't miss!
