Welcome to your amazing coastal getaway in beautiful Port Aransas, Texas! Located on the building's desirable east side, closest to the beach, this newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath condo boasts an open floor plan on the convenient third floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the beach side provide stunning views of the beach, jetties, and The Horace Caldwell Pier. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with a beautiful island and a beadboard-lined tray ceiling. This kitchen makes cooking a breeze and leads into the spacious living/dining room, featuring a dining table seating 6, and a TIKI bar. The living area offers a large TV and comfortable furniture, including 2 recliners and a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.
The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat overlooking the beach, with a king-sized bed, TV, and a nicely done en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, TV, and bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A private balcony is furnished with a Captain's Chair, 4 tall chairs, and 2 tables. They overlook the ship channel and beach, where you can enjoy a drink while watching the ships travel through the channel or watch the beach-goers. Enjoy the soothing winds and sounds of the beach, along with a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf.
Located adjacent to the beach and within walking distance of the jetties, & pier, you can observe dolphins, incoming and outgoing ships, surfers, & more. Refresh in the heated pool or tiki-covered hot tub after a leisurely day at the beach.
