Backyard is fully paver stone set up entertainment area with a putting green, bocce ball court, corn hole, hot tub, picnic table and Adirondack chair seating. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course the community pool. The house has 2 large living rooms with sleep sofas, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a bonus room with pool table, foosball table, retro video game machine and dart board...and EVERYONE has a big screen TV (8 total big screens in the house). High speed internet and WiFi are included and the spectrum tv package has tons of movie channels too. ((3-King Beds, 2-Queen Beds, 1 twin w/trundle, 2 queen sleep sofas)) Space Coast has rocket launches weekly and is the largest sea turtle nesting beach in the Western Hemisphere...May, June, July, August & September are best for sea turtles. This house is a huge comfortable area for a vacation stay. The furniture is really nice, the beds are all super comfortable and all the linens and sheets are of high-quality. The sheets are Egyptian cotton 700 thread count. The beach is a 6-blocks so I would drive and park at one of the many beach park locations that have sand volleyball, showers and food.

All around Fabulous - 10 out of 10

A perfect 10 for our family get together. Something for everyone from teen to granparents. House is beautiful, well equipped down to the most thoughtful details, and spotlessly clean. My family made great use of the game room - a real highlight.Gibbs is a wonderful host and it's clear he put a lot of thought into making this a perfect getaway home in every possible way.Thanks Gibbs for letting us stay!!!!

Beach trip

The house was perfect for our 7 adults and 5 kiddos. Loved the fact that there were 3 sets of washers and dryers. Out side fire pit was great at night as well as the hot tub. Literally the only improvement I would do is upgrade to better softer pillows. We had a great time and would definitely look at this property for future use.

Beautifully appointed Beachside Property

Nothing short of amazing! We wanted to take our grandbaby to the beach for her birthday, and this listing caught our eye. We are so glad we decided to book it! The house had everything that you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, every aspect of the house was designed with comfort in mind. Our host, Gibbs, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He provided a quick rundown of local restaurants that he recommended, which was a delightful touch. Gibbs, thank you for being such a hospitable host. We highly recommend this getaway for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.

Oh the pots snd pans!

My husband and I brought our 4 kids (3 of put kids are adults), 2 have significant others and 2 grandkids. The place is very spacious and clean. Typically when we rent a place that sleeps 10 or 12 there is not pots and pans to be able to cook for 10. This place definitely had it all. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need from cookware to serveware. We even got to see a launch from the front of the home! Great vacation!

A great vacation home

Our family of 9 spent the week here and had a great time. We really enjoyed the game room, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and appliances, and we loved the hot tub. Gibbs was always quick to respond to inquiries. There was easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. However, we would not recommend the beach right down the road since it is rocky, the boardwalk to the beach was dirty, and there was a small homeless population camped out by the entrance. However, there are so many other beach access points nearby that you would have no problem finding the beach for you. The pool was very tiny. Our party of 5 was easily crowded by the other 5 swimmers so we only used it once. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels provided which was very nice. The house was clean and there were a lot of extras such as shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, and clothes detergent which lasted our entire trip. It is close to Cocoa Beach (30 minutes) and Melbourne (15 minutes) which we traveled to on numerous occasions. We all had a great experience and would recommend it to other travelers.

Such a fun week, close to everything

We had such a fun trip the week we stayed here. We had everything we could possibly need. There were two books left by the owner for points of interest, places to shop or eat, places to visit etc. I went back for recommendations several times to these. In the kitchen we had everything we could need before heading to the store Keurig, food processor, even a mixer. Each person had a set of bathroom towels left clean and out on the dressers. The beds were comfortable. It was spacious, we were not on top of each other at all. The hot tub was used everyday and so was the game room. They even had beach towels to bring down to the pool or beach. A pleasant surprise! You are 15 min away from Cocoa Beach, 15 min away from Melbourne and about 45 min away from Kennedy Space Center. We made the trip out to Jetty Park to catch a launch. Very Cool. We definitely would love to come back. We had an amazing time. Thank you also stopping by to say Hi!

Best VRBO Rental Yet

The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the house was beautiful. There was everything we needed and so much to do. This is the best rental we’ve had.

Spacious comfortable home

Very spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of beach and pool things,kitchen well stocked. Had to take down 4 pieces of creepy art upstairs-skeleton face of girl and creepy cartoon girls with large eyes scared my 4 young granddaughters. Rest of decor was tasteful and beachy. Tried 5 times to get hot tub working-it never worked. We planned to enjoy it in the evenings -so that was a huge disappointment after paying so much to rent this house. Toilet paper wall mount was broken upstairs upon arrival. Only 1 roll of paper towels provided in kitchen for 10 people! Good hospitality is important to us and we felt disappointed,overall. Pool was very nice however, the Walk to the beach is on a very busy street-very loud… Not a nice walk. House itself was nice and spacious -but we would not stay here again.

Great vacation!

We all had an amazing stay! The house was very well kept and clean. Home owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Kids ranged in age from 8-15 and all had a great time and stayed entertained. Close to the beaches. Would recommend this house.

Great time in Florida

The property was very clean and Gibbs was extremely accommodating. The game room and back yard were fun. The hot tub did not work when we got there, but we called Gibbs and he got on it immediately to try and have it fixed. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed until our last day there, but he gave us some money off our rental because of that. The house was located in an extremely busy area and although it was advertised as gated, the gates were broken and part of the fence was down. The 1/2 mile walk to the beach was along an extremely busy highway. Over all the house was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our stay before our cruise! We just stayed there mid-February 2023. It was so nice for us all to stay together - 2 grandparents and 2 families with 2 kids each. Our favorite things about the house: the game room for kids and adults was so much fun and had something for all ages, great easy walk to the beach, and lots of amenities nearby - restaurants (be sure to head 700 ft to Senor Loco for delicious, authentic Mexican food and beverages) grocery, etc. We were able to see the SpaceX night launch from the driveway! It’s a quick 15 min or so drive from Melbourne International Airport and a quick 30 mins to Port Canaveral where we boarded for our cruise. And the host - prompt, helpful, courteous and truly concerned about ensuring we had the best experience possible. Beautiful home (outrageously comfortable beds), great location and wonderful host! So happy with our discovery of this precious gem. Thank you!!

Great House, Convenient Location

Stayed over a long weekend for a large family gathering. The house was great. The bedrooms were very large, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that it was opened to the living room so people could be in the kitchen and talk to those in the living room. An additional bonus was the garage that has been converted to a game room with a pool table, foosball table, darts, and old-time gaming center. That was very useful, especially at night when it was cold during our weekend stay. The location was good - just off of the main road leading from the intercoastal. Half a mile from the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet. Communcation with Gibbs the owner couldn't have been better. He always responded within minutes with the information was asked for. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are in the Melbourne area.

Great home, lots of room for family of 7! Well appointed, and location was perfect - close to everything yet quiet. Listing was right on and accurate - pics too! Owner was very responsive which we appreciated. House could use a little TLC which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars, but otherwise it was great house.

Thanksgiving 2022

We loved the house! Our family stayed over thanksgiving and cooked the entire meal in the well stocked kitchen. The house is spacious and beautiful and close to beach stores and restaurants. We loved the game room! Would stay here again and recommend it to others

Overall OK But With Minor Problems

Numerous minor things needed repairs. Garage used as gameroom which creates a parking problem! Closet in bedroom above kitchen not accessible to guest, so no place to hang clothes and no hooks or shelves. TVs difficult to operate.

Five Stars All the Way Around!

We had the best experience from the initial inquiry about the property all the way through to our departure. The owner is incredibly kind and very responsive; literally responding within minutes. The home was awesome and more than exceeded our expectations for the week. We were traveling with 4 kids, ages 10-15, who all agreed this makes the list of our favorite vacation homes. The home was clean and well furnished. You can tell the homeowner pays attention to all of the details, selecting furniture that is cozy, comfortable mattresses, and modern decor. The game room, multiple TV’s, outdoor area, and pool within walking distance were highlights for our crew. The kitchen is spacious and has all of the extras you need, including a few pantry staples and a full sized refrigerator, which we found handy since we cooked in for many meals. Being in a gated community gave us peace of mind when the kids wanted to go back and forth to the pool. And the beach is just a short drive! If you’re considering this property don’t hesitate!

Truly a value when staying in this big property.
