The place was ok

I house was beautiful, the pool did need some cleaning and wasn't cleaned while we were there. The couch and love seat definitely needed to be cleaned because they had big stains on them. Not a fan of the entry way, definitely not kid or senior citizen friendly. It did have alot of space and the rest of the house was amazing. Thanks for letting our family stay. Overall we did enjoy it.

Misleading pictures of house layout

Electrical outlets in master bath by the sink didn’t work; property manager was notified but no one came to look at them. 3rd bathroom was off pool and inaccessible from inside house/ bedrooms. Leaves by pool and out front door needs to be cleaned. Multiple level floors were trip hazards. House was clean & beds were comfortable.

Peace and quiet

A much needed vacation. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything. Ideal place for a family getaway. Spacious home with plenty of space to relax by yourself as well. Looking forward to going back!

Not what was expected

When you first come in the white gate in front of the house, you find a fountain. The fountain looks dangerous it has cables everywhere and a large family of frogs that made noise all night long. Once you enter the main house, it was clean and very nicely decorated. The house was hot, the temperature during the day did not go lower than 80 degrees. We contacted the property manager/owner and she stated it was Florida weather. In part she is right, Florida is hot but that is why they have air conditionings so you can put a comfortable temperature. I think this is a known issue for them as there are fans all over the house. The house is different, the refrigerator is in the living room and to get to one side of the house to the other you must go thru the kitchen. The living room was nice, and the TV had cable. Once you enter the back of the house, you have a game room and a kid’s room. The game room was cute, but the air hockey table did not work nor did one of the arcade game and the table games were incomplete. The pool was nice we did have a great time playing and they have lots of floats.

14 family friends on a graduation celebration trip. We all had a blast and we're able to stay in the same home all together with great amenities.

A bit misleading

The listing was misleading. It showed all single beds, when in fact it included 2 bunk beds and a pullout futon instead. Three bathrooms were listed, however, one of the bathrooms was accessible only outside and did not include a sink.

Nice place for a family vacation!

The house is very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The layout of the house is slightly awkward and we had a bit of trouble trying to figure out the light switches and some outlets gave us a bit of trouble. The pool was great, however we really wish it had been heated. The 2nd half of the yard was unfinished and the fountain area was a little dangerous for the little ones. I imagine it is a work in progress? The bedroom that had a separate entrance was a bit inconvenient and we couldn’t figure out how to properly lock the house which was a little unsettling at night. After trying several times we couldn’t get the keypad to lock from the outside so the people staying in the outer bedroom could come in and out all night. However, the game room was a huge plus! The kids spent hours playing there. I am only pointing out the small inconveniences so the owner can address them for future guests. We really had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the area.

Rested, relaxed and restored!

Beautiful property and perfect for an inter-generational family group. Plenty of space and pool was awesome! Location was terrific - easy to get downtown and beach. Would stay again! I also appreciated the communication from the owners - that was extra bonus!
