The location, house size and host were all fantastic! We had a plumbing issue and they responded immediately even though it was New Year’s Eve and came out promptly to fix the issue! We will be staying here again in the future!

The pool was warm and someone came twice a week to clean it. There were issues with the refrigerator and pool light; Andrew was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issues. This house is so much larger than the pictures and even outside look.

The cleanliness of the house, the linen was perfectly clean and fresh, there was 12 of us that stayed there for five days and there was more than enough room for everyone and you did not feel like you were on top of each other.The host was available for questions throughout our visit

It was just perfect for what we were looking for

We, enjoyed our stay and had fast response when needing to reach the owner. clean house and had everything we needed for a 8 day stay. Kids loved the pool and we were so close to every store we needed.

Amazing vacation home

This home was PERFECT for our party of 12. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The pool was fabulous. And the host checked in with us through our stay and made sure everything was going great.

Spacious property

The rooms were spacious and each room had a box fan available. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it very much during our stay. The laundry availability was a bonus to have as well.

Very nice property

Home was clean and spacious. No games/cards as listed so the kids emjoyed time in rhe pool. The only thing i thought was funny was there were no dressers in the bedrooms; if you stay for any length of time, be prepared to live out of ypur suitcase.

Awesome stay in Melbourne

This house is amazing! It was beautiful, large and spacious and had plenty of beds for sleeping. It has everything you needed from enough dishes, pots and pans to beach towels for everyone! The pool is amazing. Had a nice little patio are where the grill is. They have pool toys and floaties for the kids. This was a perfect house for 2 larger families staying together.

Great property and enjoyed our stay. I do wish they had mirrors in the rooms. We were there for a conference and fixing hair was a little tough with all the adults in the house and ladies needing to fix hair. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Everything we wanted

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Spacious and comfortable, the home has everything you need to have a relaxing family vacation. All the kitchen appliances, pans, and utensils you need are there to make meals you can enjoy around the large dining table using the plentiful dishes (lots of glasses!, some of them plastic). The grandsons voted this their favorite pool-clean and large and warm with toys and even a hand pump to inflate the floaties. Beach chairs, beach toys, and plenty of beach towels are available to use at the beach, only 15 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood, Walgreens and Publix and Dollar Tree as well as a variety of restaurants nearby. We didn’t have to fight traffic to head to the ice cream store or hop on I95 to visit the zoo or science museum. Very responsive owners were generous with the disposable products. We enjoyed our time there.

Great Host

Upon checking in we had a couple small issues that the host immediately responded and corrected. The house is a typical older Florida home in an older mature neighborhood. You can tell that the host cares about the property and tries to maintain it. The back part of the home is an addition. This part of the home has the natural light and where we desired to gather. The issue is the air conditioning cannot keep up with this part of the home. The front part of the house is cool and comfortable while the back part is at least 10 degrees warmer. Also, the one large bedroom in the back part of the house has an older a/c unit in the window. Hopefully one day the host will put in a mini-split and correct this scenario. There is definitely a lot of beds and room to accommodate a large party.

Perfect for size and location for our family!

We enjoyed our stay, we did experience a scare though. My grandkids were swimming in the pool, I took a noodle out of the storage box for them to play with. I threw the noodle into the pool and guess what a small snake slivered out of the noodle into the pool. Needless to say that ended out swimming adventures for the week. You might want to check the storage box for other snakes. I would highly recommend this rental! Thank you!

Great house with great accommodations. The house was great for 9 of us.

Great vacation! We had lots of fun. Would stay here again. Nice large house with lots of room for 9 of us. Three rooms with king beds and another giant room with a queen and two twin beds and another room with two twin beds for the kids. Pool was amazing after a long hot day or to just stay in and swim. Nice to have everything we needed.

Fabulous house!

This place had everything you need. The location is only about 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach but closer to plenty of stores and restaurants. Downtown Melbourne is fun to walk around and only 10 minutes away. The pool provided our entertainment for the week and the house was comfortable and clean when we wanted to get out of the sun. We hope to be back!
