Enjoyed outdoor carport and tv especially during rainy day. Only other concern is the plumbing. Water from faucets came out orange and rusty.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this rental a couple of times and find the covered patio, pool, cabana and distance to the river the reason we come back. The property is clean and well maintained but found window units in the home this year and figured the central AC went out and with everything being hard to come by in this day and age we figured a part of the unit or another unit itself was unavailable. With the weather being cooler than in the summer, the window units did okay but would not had the weather been hotter. The faucet in the master bath tub dripped constantly, the bathroom upstairs was dirty upon arrival and the ceiling fan in the other downstairs bedroom needs to be fixed or replaced. Other than that it was fine. We were originally scheduled to stay in July but an unfortunate event happened the day before we were to leave and the management office did offer us to reschedule for the same year which was very appreciated by our group.

Reviewer Comments: enjoyed the stay, house was clean when we checked in. property management made sure everything was great, answered anytime we had a question. my only complaint which is very miniscule because who really uses wifi when youre out in river country, was the wifi. we tried to stream the college and nfl games but it was very very slow. but like i said who really needs wifi when you're out there. other than that we loved this house and will be back for sure.
