Very Accommodating Host

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here as planned, but Melissa went what I feel was above and beyond to accommodate our situation and while we didn't actually stay in the unit I've rated it highly due to our interactions with Melissa. I'll definitely look to book with Melissa again in the future.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The only downside was the amount of time spent waiting for elevators. There are only 3 for the entire building, and only 2 running during our stay.

Great unit, great views, everything as advertised. Only one complaint is the lack of toilet paper, dish washer tabs (none) and trash bags(2). For a luxury unit you would expect the basic necessities. Walmart is a few miles away and we made it work. Be prepared and you will enjoy your stay. We did

An excellent listing!

This is a beautiful condo. Very spacious and quiet. It was clean, no odors and the elevator to the 21st is speedy. I would highly recommend this listing and hope we can visit again in the future.

Spring Break '23

The space was incredible and the view was gorgeous. Our older teen/young adult kids loved the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. I worked remotely but thoroughly enjoyed the balcony while doing so. The location was great - within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful! Perfect location, quiet building. The start was a little rocky as the private parking for the penthouse was blocked off and the young woman at reception was not helpful. When we first entered the condo there was a horrible smell in the back 2 bedrooms but after running water in the tubs it went away. Apparently just hadn’t been ran in a while. Could have used instructions for the TV and ice maker. But the condo was clean, the balcony was huge and well furnished and the views were fabulous! The people at Book Beach were wonderful and extremely helpful!

Love it

The condo is large enough for everyone and not feel cramped. This was our second tome staying here and will be back again. It’s everything they advertised and more! The sunsets are beautiful from the balcony!
