Ocean-view 1-Bedroom Suite at Seascape Beach Resort

*** The central (nearest) pool and hot tub are under construction until ~February 1st. You will still have access to the North pool and hot tub. Please read the entire description before booking, so that you understand the amenities differences between my room and renting a room directly from Seascape Beach Resort. ***

A remodeled 1-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor (of 3) in the main building. You will enjoy ocean views from the patio and be steps away from the central pool and hot tub, restaurant, and bar!

Seascape Beach Resort is in a great location overlooking Monterey Bay with 3 pools and hot tubs.

This is a privately-rented suite, so guests are not allowed use of golf cart rides (there is a moderate grade back up from the beach to the room), beach bonfire pits, room-number billing, or room-service (dine-in and take-out is still available at Sanderlings and several other restaurants across the street). In-room spa services and use of the sports club are available at additional costs. If you have any other questions about the private rentals, please ask before booking. The 3 pools and 3 hot tubs are available to all guests.

I do not provide linen service, but there are plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed.

Due to typically mild daytime temperatures and cool nighttime temperatures near the coast, this room (and most rooms at Seascape) have no air conditioning.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the rooms due to resort rules.
