NEW unique and custom built house with two 2 bedrooms (East/West),en suite bathrooms, yoga /Pilates studio. Independent digital locks. New furniture, TV, free WiFi, Kitchenette, MrCoffee in both rooms. French doors lead you to a shared balcony with ceiling fans and gas lights. Kitchenette has full size table and fridge. Washer / Dryer. Art Gallery on first floor. Yoga/Pilates Studio on the mezzanine. Third floor meditation tower. Check for cooking class events on our web site, hosted in the main kitchen. Yoga class every Saturday 10am, join us!

Beautiful place! We do a lot of travel and Jane was probably one of the best rental owners we have come across. Its a must stay location for anyone going to Keeneland or just running through Bourbon trail.

Great place to stay while enjoying Keeneland, distilleries and ballgame

The property was clean and very accommodating for our needs. Our host greeted us and was very hospitable though out our stay. We very much enjoyed the town and community. We would defiantly stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Jane is a fantastic host with a beautiful, clean and unique property. Her dog Sandy is so sweet and we appreciated the snacks, drinks and continental breakfast. We had a very pampered stay!! Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Jane - we hope to return :)

Jane was a fantastic hostess. The Bleubird Studio was absolutely beautiful.

The Bleubird Studio was immaculate and our host made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a restful vacation. It was a phenomenal place to disconnect and relax!!! She provided for all our needs. I would highly recommend a visit with Jane and the Bleubird Studio!!!

Jane’s place is beautiful. She met us outside with Sandy her sweet pup, Showed us around and made us feel super welcome. Her guest wing is private and the kitchen area was stocked with snacks and complimentary drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed browsing in her art and yoga studios with wares from local artists. Would definitely recommend!!

BLEUBIRD STUDIO VISIT IN GEORGETOWN, KY

First of all the property is lovely! Just so nicely situated. Accessible to downtown Georgetown and not far at all from the Bourbon Trail. Cannot say more about how gracious Jane the host is, welcoming, friendly, considerate. Jane did everything she could to make my stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are bright - love the morning sunlight - and spacious, no cramped hotel rooms here just plenty of space and nice decor, cozy actually. Will return again soon.

Weekend Get Away

The Bleubird Studio exceeded expectations. This place is gorgeous inside and out. Jane, the host, met us at the door and welcomed us along with her very friendly and polite dog Sandy. Upon our arrival, we felt welcome and appreciated. The rooms were spotless, and the host made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I rarely add a review, but I was so impressed with the host and the rooms that I had to comment on how enjoyable, relaxing, and comfortable our stay was. Thank you Jane!

Fabulous!!

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and this place will be a hard act for any others to follow! It was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Jane was beyond accommodating and provided everything we needed and then some! We are now spoiled! We loved everything about the Bleubird, right down to Sandy the adorable dog! Will be back next year!

Perfect

We stayed over the long 4th of July weekend and had the best time. The home is gorgeous, the rooms are large, inviting, beautifully decorated and have everything you could possibly need while away from home. I saw comments on here about how comfortable the beds were, and it’s so true!! Historic Georgetown is within walking distance where we found some nice shops and great restaurants. There are many fun and interesting things to do that are just a short drive away. The kitchen has the best snacks and is well equipped. The owner is such a nice person, a gracious (& helpful!) host and just a pleasure to work with. We would love to return again.

Perfect!

We could not have asked for a better visit! Miss Jane (and her so sweet dog Sandy) were absolutely wonderful! She met us at the door when we checked in, showed us around, explained everything in detail and was the perfect hostess. She had snacks (good ones) ready for us, drinks in the fridge and a continental breakfast. Her place is stunning and we spent every evening on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. It is within walking distance of downtown Georgetown that had restaurants and shops. There is no long list of things to do before you checkout. It really was the perfect place and we're thankful for the opportunity we had to make some memories!

Retreat to the Bleubird

The house was beautiful and fantastically laid out. The guest porch simply ached for us to sit out each night and enjoy the air and some good local bourbon. It was also close enough for this lazy guy to walk downtown without a sweat and taste great food [or hold my wife's purse while she browsed the quant shops]. But Jane really provided an amazing stay by focusing on the quality details! The rooms and house were spotless as would be expected for any nice place. But she really got bonus points with the small things she considered: from hospitality food you actually wanted to snack on... to plush tissues and toilet paper. Our goal was to retreat from work and busy life to spend quiet, quality time together and be with friends. The Bleubird was the perfect spot that let it all happen. Thank you Jane... and Sandy!

Breeder's Cup Weekend

The Bleubird Studios was an excellent location for a long weekend at the Breeders' Cup. Our host, Jane, couldn't have been nicer, greeting us as we arrived and recommending local restaurants for dinner every night. The suites are straight out of a home decor magazine and there was fresh fruit in the kitchen every morning! Five stars, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and unique setup

We loved our stay with Jane and Sandy! The place was very clean and beautiful and worked great for my husband and I and my parents. Ended up being a great location for us to go out for day activities on the Bourbon trail and then enjoy the cute town at night. We would definitely stay again if in the Lexington area.

Beautiful propery

The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Our only negative was that there was no living room to relax. That space is a yoga studio. We also didn’t realize that we didn’t have a full kitchen
only a toaster oven. We weren’t prepared to eat out every day. Owner was on site and very friendly.

What a great experience!

This is such a beautiful home in a convenient location. Jane was a fantastic host and the property was well appointed with essentials, snacks and basically everything you could ever want from a vacation property. Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we are in the area!

5 Star Experience

5 Star all the way. Beautiful home and rooms; well appointed with every essential you could need from hot showers, comfortable beds, snacks, GRACIOUS hostess, and a sweet pup to pet. Jane even has essential amenities in each bathroom ranging from bandaids to toothbrushes. If you forget something, I guarantee its under the sink! We stayed during Derby weekend and loved coming home after a long day to an inviting place of rest. Great porch off of the bedrooms to have coffee in the am and bourbon at night. She has a wonderful art studio representing local artists where we purchased a last minute Mother’s Day gift for our mom. Truly a great find! Thank you Jane for everything!

A slice of heaven in Georgetown, KY

There aren't enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how heavenly Bleubird Studio suites are and what a wonderful host Jane is during your entire stay. From the moment you walk in, you feel transported to a spa-like feeling and complete warmth attributed to Jane's special touches all throughout the house. From the decor, the cleanliness and every additional goodies provided, Jane goes above and beyond what one would expect. You will not be disappointed with your stay - we look forward to our next visit in April! Thank you for everything Jane (and Sandy) for providing us a heavenly place to rest and stay!
