Welcome to The Bourbon Chaser! This newly built 4 bedroom, 2 bath downtown home offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and style coupled with the rustic charm of Kentucky bourbon. Every detail has been thought out for a truly perfect experience! Enjoy an open spacious layout, a hot tub, a fire-pit, a Blackstone hibachi grill, and fast WiFi! We can't wait to host you!

THE SPACE:
The Bourbon Chaser is your perfect luxury modern getaway to explore all that Kentucky has to offer. This brand-new home features a spacious open layout with 4 private bedrooms, 1 King and 3 Queens, and 2 full baths. Guests will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, a back patio with a hot tub and a Blackstone grill, large firepit area, along with a fenced in backyard for privacy.

MAIN AREA:
Upon entering guests will be greeted by a cozy spacious floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for guests and a Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker, spices, oil, blender, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, and much more. Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. If there is something missing in the unit, please reach out to us so we can make your stay a 5-star experience!

4 bedrooms (primary has en-suite bathroom and smart TV) with memory foam mattresses and lux toppers, luggage rack, full length mirror, and fans.

Lovely Kentucky Getaway

I spent the holidays with my family here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very well-kept and the host was extremely responsive. I would definitely book this stay again!

Home seems in new condition, all amenities provided. Did not like that the beds were against the wall on one side and there was one bath adjourning a bedroom.

Meeting friends for New Years Eve

Its was a wonderful place to say for 6 friends for the Holiday! We had room to play cards and games, used the washer and dryer and the most comfy beds! We spent alot of time in the hot tub too!

Weekend get away

We had a great time, property was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was very prompt with any questions that popped up. The only thing I didn’t like was the neighbors motion detector light coming on when we were in the hot tub. We still used it and enjoyed it, it was hot, even thought it was less than 10degrees during our stay.. It’s a great place to stay.

Six friends traveled to the ARK, Churchill Downs and hit up the bourbon trail. Would stay again.

We stayed at one of the best homes. Its was very clean, nice and it was a home away from home. We had a great experience and when we come back in town, we will stay there again!! It made our vacation so amazing!!

Great vacation house

The perfect spot, close to everything we had planned. Four bedrooms were perfect for the 5 of us. The only thing we found odd was there were only 4 kitchen chairs in a house that slept 8. The house was clean, the host was very responsive and the hot tub and outside area was great.

Keeneland get away

We had a great time at Bourbon Trail house. The area is beautiful and full of Lexington horse farms. The house was clean, rooms were great and the living area was perfect.

Busted Keeneland Trip

We were supposed to stay as an 8 person group and go to the races. With the weather, races were cancelled and most of our group decided not to go. Asked the host for some ideas, and they were very responsive. My husband and I went for a quick weekend trip. The first night we walked the 4 blocks (or less) into downtown Georgetown and had a ball. Drove the 20-30 mins into Lexington for Saturday and went home Sunday. It was a great location. Very clean. Hosts were super responsive. Location was easy to find. I think if all 8 of us had hung out for the weekend, it might have been cramped but it was a get out and go trip no matter what and it would've been perfect for 8. No complaints.

Warm and Welcoming Home

The home is EXACTLY as pictured and presented. Communication with the PM was easy and responses were immediate. They checked on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. We would definitely stay here again.
