You will appreciate the convenience of the washer & dryer closet located near the kitchen. Bedroom #1 is located on the street side of the east side of the house, and has a queen size bed, TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the ocean front - east side of the house, and has a king size bed with a full private bath, including a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom #3 is located on the ocean front - west side of the house, and has a queen size bed, TV and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the street side of the west side of the house, with 2 twin beds and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo).

You will have your toes in the warm sand in just a matter of minutes with your own private beach boardwalk. There is a ramp to the oceanfront porch for easy access. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For your convenience, you will find a "park-style" charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Take your meals outside to the oceanfront picnic table, or enjoy rocking your cares away on the covered oceanfront porch while watching the tide roll in.
