Northstar Ski in/Ski out Remodeled Condo - Dog Friendly

This Northstar 2 bedroom condo has it all! Great location just above the Northstar Village (walk 2 blocks or take the free shuttle - walk 1.5 blocks across parking lot & ski down to gondola). Drive 10 minutes to the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This beautifully remodeled condo has high end finishes throughout - granite kitchen with designer cabinetry & stainless appliances, granite baths with large tiled showers, and custom slate flooring in the entry and throughout living areas (bedrooms carpeted). Living area with gorgeous rock fireplace (gas) overlooks passing gondola and scenic pine forest. This is a rare find in the Ski Trail development to have so many custom upgrades & an added floor to ceiling fireplace.

Main floor: Entry, Master bedroom & ensuite w shower, half bath off hallway, Kitchen and Living room w gas fireplace & smart TV.

2nd floor: Bunk room (full size top bed, queen size bottom bed), ensuite bath w shower, smart TV.

This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center; ($10 per person/per day). The Recreation Center offers several outdoor Jazuzzi’s, a well-equipped expansive workout room, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, video games and much more. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, lap pool (open during winter), kid’s camp, play area and the Snack Shack.

Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating rink, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops and licensed daycare.

Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, roller skating rink, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top and equestrian center with great trails for horseback riding.

Our Guests are only minutes away for North Lake Tahoe where you can go boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, fishing, sightseeing or just enjoy relaxing at the Lake watching the kids skip rocks.

North Shore Casinos are about 10 minutes away for gambling, dining and listening to fun music.

Northstar ski trails

Our stay at Ski Trails was great! Perfect location for a ski in/ski out. The home was lovely, spacious, incredibly clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommend!Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location and convenient

The location is amazing. The kitchen was stocked well enough, the beds were comfortable. The free laundry is one floor downstairs. Would stay there again!

NIcely updated Ski Trails Condo

We very much enjoyed our ski trails stay. This condo has nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen, very convenient to the village, unit is a top floor one which makes it quieter and it has convenient access to a common washer/dryer. Communication with the property manager was prompt and very helpful. We look forward to coming again.

Holiday Stay

We planned our Christmas holiday this year for skiing at Northstar. The condo worked out perfectly. Close to the resort and close to the grocery store. We brought Christmas decorations and transformed the condo into a holiday look. It also worked to have our dogs with us.

Great dog friendly property

Sherrie was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. We had a little trouble opening the door when we arrived but once we figured it out it was no problem. Our overall stay was great!!!

Comfy spot for family

We loved staying at the condo for our recent trip. The location was ideal as we had activities between Tahoe Vista and Truckee. Staying so close to the resort was the best of both worlds - the village and NPOA pool and bbq area was fun to visit, but it was nice & quiet when we retreated back to our place to sleep. The condo was super clean, well-appointed (plenty of towels, kitchen wares, etc) and comfy beds. The kids loved watching the gondola through the trees. Definitely would stay again!

A home away from home just above the north village at Northstar

Delighted! Would definitely stay again when I'm back this way. Wood-frame queen-size bunk beds in the upstairs (master) bedroom was an interesting touch. One mattress was stiff and the other soft, so my wife and I both had a bed that we could sleep comfortably on. So restful. Recommended.

Excellent location

We were here during a major storm and the location saved us. Roads were closed or treacherous but we could walk to the Northstar village in under 10 minutes and could walk 3 minutes to the slopes to ski in/ski out.

Loved this pet friendly ski in/ski out condo

Clean condo. Communication for opening and closing were good. Short walk to the village and to the gondola. Didn't cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked. Paper and soap products were provided which is nice. There are three flights of stairs just a FYI. Will be back!

Fantastic Property!

Condo was very clean and recently updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect for ski in/out. Just walk to the end of the parking lot and pop those skis/board on and ski down to the gondola or village chair lift. Walk to the village is 5 minutes with paved walking paths. We loved our stay and will be back again for sure.

Great condo in convenient location

3rd floor comfortable & clean 2-bedroom Northstar condo. 3-5 min walk to the slopes and convenient walk or shuttle to the Village. Can see the gondola out the window. Enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and played the games/puzzles provided. Laundry was not in unit, but instead community laundry steps from the condo. Our family and dog had a wonderful stay!

Clean and updated unit; great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great location. Comfortable beds. The unit was clean and recently updated -- much nicer condition than other units we've seen in the Coyote Fork / Ski Trails area. The property manager was easy to get a hold of to consult about a change to the reservation. The key to the ski locker didn't work reliably so we couldn't use it. Everything else was great.

Nice place but lots of stairs

We enjoyed our stay - very convenient getting to the Village - house is well maintained. The stairs became an issue - three flights of stairs to the condo we did not know about as well as the condo has no deck-it was a beautiful weekend so the fans were used the whole time. Wi-fi and Apple TV did not work for us.
