Cozy beachfront property with amenities, completely renovated recently!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom , recently remodeled ocean side condo located on 1st floor for easy access (1st floor above parking level, one level of stairs for access). It recently received a complete renovation of kitchen and living area with freshly refinished hard wood floors, new La-Z-Boy furniture, new cabinets/quartz countertop and stainless steel appliances. The property is located on the southern end of Carolina Beach away from all of the hustle and bustle of the north end traffic (two streets away from Kure beach). Enjoy ocean views from almost every room in the home. Property has its own private deck with private entrance/exit to lower garden/dog run. Enjoy the beautiful wood deck that overlooks the ocean. Brand new bar height table and chairs on deck to enjoy the beautiful views. Two covered parking spaces are under the condo (with extra paid parking in the same lot). Inside you will find flat screen TV's with app access. No need to pack bottled water as the condo provides a water dispenser. Keurig coffee pot is provided (uses pods for single cup or grounds to make a whole pot). Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the home complimented by updated bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. Master and front rooms have queen beds. Middle bedroom has a twin over full bed with twin trundle. This provides sleeping for up to 8 people. Queen air mattress can be provided if needed for an additional two person sleeping. Linens and towels are provided, as well as many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as a partially stocked kitchen. On site private washer and dryer with laundry soap. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets and sunbathing on the beach just steps away. The area provides excellent fishing and surfing. Kure beach pier is within walking distance. A famous and favorite local beach bar, The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is in close walking distance. Carolina Beach boardwalk is a short drive or bike ride away. Downtown Wilmington with active night life, Cape Fear River Walk, shops and many restaurants is a short 15-20 minute drive away. Pets are welcomed with the proper security deposits and fees in place ($50 per night) as well as complete description of animal/animals that will be staying on premises. 2 car maximum parking (7 Ft Height restriction).

We stayed here with three adults and two children (5 yo and 2 yo) and it was perfect. The sleeping rooms are down the hallway from the living room which allowed the sleeping rooms to be protected from noise. The ocean view was great for this price. Parking was fine for our minivan and sedan, especially if you backed in. They had everything you needed, communication was fast and easy, and the couches were comfortable. We hope to come back next year!

The condo was very clean, and was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very close to the beach for those morning sunrise walks. Host was very nice and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely come back!

Hornsbee house!

Perfect beach location for our family. Beach access was easier than most ocean front homes. Fireworks from the deck were awesome. Easy access to the boardwalk, aquarium, and kayaking made it a 100 percent hit.

Excellent Stay

Our family stayed here for the third time. The home is an excellent location to both Carolina and Kure Beach. This year we took the ferry to Southport and explored that town. I highly recommend the Marine Museum and unique shops. We had an excellent lunch on the pier at Fishy Fishy. So enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very responsive to our messages and we lacked for nothing. The home is well equipped for your beach vacay.

Great location

This is our second year of staying at this property during the Thanksgiving holiday and once again, it was wonderful! It is in a great location, both convenient to the beach and restaurants. The property is clean, easy to access, and has everything you will need. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back next year!

Great experience!

Very clean and well maintained! Communication with the homeowners was great and they were easy to get a hold of. They were very kind and polite. Literally on the beach as described, just a boardwalk away. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend and consider staying here again if ever in the area.

Spring Break for Family

Convenient to the beach, making spring break with young kids a breeze. Slept all of us perfectly, with enough space to have personal and alone time. Great spot that isn’t too crowded, but not too remote. Made for an easy trip to Fort Fisher (with wide open, peaceful beach). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and property! Clean, with easy access to the beach. Close proximity to many restaurants and shops, including the boardwalk. Parking under the unit is a little challenging but we got the hang of it. Thanks Shannon!!

Great location and great home

We really enjoyed the stay, it is right next to beach and home is great as well. Few things to note 1) parking may be tricky, I am able to park but needed assistance, also I didn’t have a car next to my lane hence it was easy for me. Please be prepared for paid parking in case you are not able to park. Host is quick in response, over all we enjoyed the stay.

Our family stayed at Hornsbee over Memorial Day! Weather was horrible but we had lots of family time indoors! First time we've stayed here but will not be our last! It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed in, owners take great pride in this cozy little slice of paradise! Owners/Hosts thought of everything you may need, very accommodating! We love CB and now we have another place to call our home away from home!

Month at the Beach

This was perfect for our month long stay. We wanted to be near the beach. This is right by the beach access. We have a dog. This has a private dog run with a stairway off the deck. The deck was great for morning coffee with a view of the ocean. The unit was very clean.

Great apartment right on beach access

Very nice updated apartment right at the beginning of public beach access. Side view of the ocean from the porch and some windows. The home is updated and has comfortable beds. Open floor plan in the main living area made visiting with family while making meals possible. The house is not huge but more than adequately met our needs. The gate on the porch and side stairs to a small fenced area was ideal for our dog. Our hosts were great at communicating with us. We enjoyed this home very much and would consider returning in the future.

This condo is right on the beach, but is not in a huge hotel-like structure. It is homey and cozy with beautiful views! It has virtually everything you need for your vacation. We have tried to include as many amenities as possible so you can have a carefree vacation!
