We just stayed overnight for a college visit. The place was immaculate and well decorated. Communication with the management team was impeccable.If you have ADA needs, you will have trouble getting down to the lower level.It was also in a great location.

This loft is very cute, a perfect location if you are visiting UARK. The management company, Cohova, is very responsive. Beds are very comfortable. Check in/out process was very easy. Great options for eating and shopping nearby. Just a few tips if you are staying here:- there isn’t an iron/ironing board - you might bring extra towels, depending on how many are in your family or how long you stay. There are only 4 towels- if you plan to use the pull out couch, bring bed pillows for it. Sheets are provided but no pillows.

Property has great character. Located just right for our needs, loved access to Razorback trail! Also, enjoyed walking to restaurants and bars...very easy to walk from property.
