All completely renovated in 2021 & still looks brand new, this private home in the small community of Sunset Shores is next to the Marina. These three blocks of homes are nestled right by Lake Michigan and have their own private beach accesses for your use. They are perfect to watch a sunset or skip stones. The public beach is about a half mile walk away and is great for building sand castles, splashing in the lake or climbing the stairs through the dunes.
This one level ranch has three bedrooms; two bedrooms each with a queen and one with a set of twin bunks. There are two full bathrooms, one as an ensuite to the master bedroom and an additional full bath in the main hallway. The whole home was remodeled in 2021 and offers all the finest amenities.
