Harbour Place boasts a wonderful heated indoor/outdoor pass-through pool that kids and adults alike enjoy. Or relax in the adjoining hot tub. If grilling is your thing, there are gas or charcoal grills available with connected covered patio seating. Covered parking is also available.

The condo was great! Cute, comfy and great view. Quick communication with the owner. Well stocked. It was nice not having to bring shampoo, etc, trash bags, dishwasher pods or dish soap. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. The “heated” indoor/outdoor pool was nice as it was protected from the wind.The beach was amazing! Highly recommend this condo!

Family vacation

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation! Location on the beach was perfect-not overcrowded and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Diane was very kind and responsive. We will stay here again when we make it back to Alabama.

Had a great stay, condo is very updated, right on the beach, great water view from balcony, close to all restaurants in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores---also not that crowded here on Labor Day. Diane was easy to communicate with, replies very promptly to any questions

Beautiful Condo, great area!

We spent the month of January, the condo was amazing, very clean, condo layout was great. Beautiful view of the ocean, morning sun. Condo was set up nicely, it had everything we needed! Owners we super nice and very communicative! We had a blast.

The view from the balcony was relaxing overlooking the beach. The unit was convenient to the beach and biking in the Gulf State Park. The unit was clean, though I felt sand on the floor. The building itself was old and rundown, though the unit was up to date. The pool was heated and the hot tub lovely, but the room with the indoor pool was cold being in October. When you got out of the indoor pool/ hot tub, it was cold. The bed and furniture were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication was great with the owner. It was a lovely place to stay.

Amazing stay!

The condo was clean and adorably decorated. We especially appreciated the bonus amenities provided by our hosts. We did not have to pack beach umbrellas, beach chairs or towels. With a family of 4 driving from WI, this saved a ton of room for more clothes, food, and souvenirs. The hosts were easy to reach and had great information provided for us when we got there. We will definitely be back!

Great Place!!

Fabulous condo that was exactly as described. Unit was clean and up to date. Nice beach gear and beach towels was a great addition. We loved the smaller building size because even on a super busy fall break week, the beach and pool never felt crowded. Communication was great with the owners. Definitely plan to rent this unit again in the future.

Just as pictured!

Property is just as advertised. It’s updated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from the deck and patio furniture. Lots of comforts from home were provided like beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella and good cocktail glasses. There are some outdoor repairs taking place on the building, so the outdoor pool was covered/closed, but the beach was so convenient and beautiful, we didn’t miss it! If you like adult “spirits”, bring them from home. Beach Boulevard hard liquor prices were about 2x of those at home, but we were told that was partially an “Alabama thing” and if we drove to Florida, they were more reasonable. We stuck to beer and wine…

Wonderful vacation experience!

This was an amazing property to stay in! The condo was clean and spacious, the view was great, and two bathrooms were nice to have for our group of 5. The elevators are slow, but that is literally the only negative I can think of here. But, we really only used them on our way in and out or with big loads, and it really was no major deal at all. Definitely not a reason to look at another space. We loved the selection of beach gear at the condo; it satisfied our 9 year old girl and 14 year old boys. It was a real treat to already have so much there! We recommend going down to the beach at night to do some crab catching with a flashlight and net. We learned that late July/early August can be a bad time for jellyfish along the entire beach, so that’s just something to look out for. Our family decided that we would take the jellyfish sting or 2 over the mosquitoes back home in Kansas! It does sting for a while, but goes away a lot quicker than mosquito bites, and there were really no bugs in sight when we visited. All in all, this was a fantastic vacation and Harbor Place played a huge role in that! Highly recommended!

GREAT location!

Perfectly located at the west end of Orange beach! Made it super easy to get to Gulf shores or any where else you want to go. Orange Beach seems a little nicer than Gulf Shores with more trendy shopping and food. The Condo was nice and has newer appliances. The owner was great to work with and made it an easy process. Easy access to the beach! Balcony has a perfect view of the beach!

The best of the best

Words can’t describe how amazing our stay was but I’ll do my best. Pictures don’t do this property justice. The view, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. I have stayed in roughly 10 condos for various vacations and this is quite easily my favorite. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Great condo!

Our unit was clean, updated, and wonderful. Great communication with the owners. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella to use! Great location. The only down side was the construction going on in other units…lots of tool/equipment noise during the day, so we stayed on the beach when they were working :).

2021 Beach Vacation

Me and my family of 5 stayed in room 405 for 6 days. The condo was exactly as the photos showed. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this unit. Everything was great and also plenty of room for everyone. Communication was great with the owners. We are already planning on coming back to this unit next year. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with unit 405. The building itself does not have a garbage shute anywhere inside the building. You have to walk your trash out to the road to a dumpster on your own. Like I said no fault of the unit owners. Once again unit 405 is a great place to stay and we will return again.

Just What We Needed! Excellent Time & Excellent Experience

Our stay was excellent. This condo was just as pictured and obviously very recently updated. My wife and our young son stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the bar height balcony furniture was nice because you didn't have to look through the railings. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Really liked having water & ice in the refrigerator. Providing beach chairs and beach toys was an bonus. The location is ideal and the building is low density so the people aren't packed in. We really enjoyed the pool when we didn't feel like the beach. Really easy access to the beach, just walk out front and there it is. This listing is new, but Diane and Ed must have prior experience because they nailed it. Seamless from start to finish. A few minor things: The carpet in the halls is old and Diane shared that it was being replaced shortly; much of it due to hurricane Sally. It was really hard to move the screen on the slider but again, I think the place is still recovering a bit from hurricane Sally and we didn't need to use it anyway. Already planning next years vacation to the same location.

Hello, Ed and I are Iowans that have fallen in love with the shores of Alabama. Time goes by so fast but we have been married for over 30 years and we are the parents of three young adult sons whom we are super proud of and enjoy spending time with. We aren't quite retired yet from corporate work, but we wish we were. We reside in Iowa and outside of our "real" jobs, we have purchased homes in Iowa, renovated them and then rented them out. We do most all of the work ourselves and each home takes on special meaning to us. We continue to own and care for every home we have renovated. Our day dreams revolve around making home renovation and property management our full time jobs. We are looking forward to helping others have a great experience when they come to Orange Beach. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we took a trip to Gulf Shores in the Spring of 2021, we knew we had to make a home in the area. Long ago, our way out there dream was own a property in Hawaii; but when we set foot on the gulf beaches, all that changed. We love it here and we love the people here. We were drawn to Harbour Place because we really liked that it was a low density complex and because we were allowed to customize the condo. If we want, we can take the stairway and we are at the beach in a minute. No need to wait for crowded elevators and search for a spot on the beach. The swim through pool was also a big hit for us. We really liked that our balcony was on the east side. We get the benefit of afternoon & evening shade and in the hot summer months, that makes all the difference in the world is so far as being able to enjoy the balcony. What we didn't realize when we first purchased the unit was how much we would enjoy watching the happenings of the adjacent small neighborhood from our 4th floor balcony. When it is dark and you can no longer see the gulf, you can still hear it and at the same time have a great view of the happenings in the cute neighborhood. Harbour Place may not be the fanciest place, the tallest place or the biggest place; but it is the place where we felt a sense of belonging and community; even if only on short visits.
