The space:

WELCOME guest's and travelers, If you are just getting away for the week, traveling for work or looking for an extended stay, we're committed to creating comfortable and relaxing experience for our guests. We offer contact-free check-in and 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction. We also provide weekly and monthly booking discounts for longer stays.

Occupancy Limit: 7 guests allowed

No other undeclared guest will be allowed on the property, and if the Owner receives information of such, a penalty fee of $65 per undeclared guest's and the removal of undeclared guest per violation, and will lead to the removal of the occupant without refund.

Other note:
Starting July 1st 2021, VRBO is requiring all host collect a 1% tourism business improvement district fee on all guest who stay less than 28 days. Host will make a request to guest, for the additional TBID (tourism business improvement district) fee after guest books.

Instant Booking, Transient Tax, and Tourism Business Improvement District Tax (TBID):

You do NOT pay the 11.5% city tax, and 1% TBID tax, if you stay 28+ nights, but the system will NOT automatically remove the tax so do NOT use instant booking!!! Once you book I will not be able to remove the tax. Enter the dates of your stay and then send an inquiry asking me to remove the 11.5% city tax and 1% TBID tax. I will reply with a corrected quote with the tax removed and an invitation to book.

Guests must sign a rental lease for dates of stay, longer than 28+ nights and provide photo of ID to verify booking and credit card if applicable.

Reservation is subject to cancellation until we receive all required documents.
