Sailfish Paradise. Close to PGA, Great Area.

Cosy and updated home with a stunning fenced inn backyard! The property is decorated in a nautical theme and has a strong beach house vibe. HUGE brand new 450 Sqf L Shaped tiki hut has been built in the backyard. It has been a huge success in my other properties but this one is the biggest and most luxurious one we ever built. There is a vein cut travertine pavers installed and sealed throughout the whole backyard and a high end outdoor furniture and solid wood bar installed. Also big 3D sailfish made to order has been installed under the roof of the tiki hut and there is the best outdoor TV (Samsung Terrace 55 inch) installed by the bar. As a huge bonus, there is a high end grill island made in USA with granite countertop & an outdoor fridge, Tommy Bahama cooler and 2 high end outdoor fans that can cool down the Tiki Hut during hot months. The reason I installed Tiki Hut is because it keeps temperature 15-20 degrees cooler than regular roof & I support local business.
There is some luxury items that I can offer to my guests.
1. King bed in masted bedroom has the best mattress in the world (Sleep Number), you can control the firmness of the mattress independently on each side.
2. Best TV you can buy in the living room (LG Oled 65 Inch), high speed internet 1000MBbps, high end modem/ router with great coverage.
3. Best outdoor TV (Samsung Terrace 55 inch)
4. Best pool heater on the market!!! Heated Saltwater Pool, unlike most hosts in Florida I keep the pool at 86-86F or warmer during winter months.
5. High end furniture, Italian made sofa (Natuzzi), real paintings, some of them from local floridian artists.
6. Brand New kitchen with high end appliances.
7. The best and most luxurious outdoor space in Palm Beach County.

PS. Please Note that I DO NOT provide propane for the grill, as I live 1 hour away. Whatever propane is left from previous guests you are free to use and you are free to exchange the tanks as well. There is a delivery service you can call as well. Instead, I offer my guests high end grill.
Don't forget to add a pet to your booking if you are traveling with pets. If you are traveling with more than one pet there will be additional fee that will be added after your reservation is confirmed. NO aggressive breeds!

Paradise in a small and quiet community

Love the back yard oasis, spent the majority of our time hanging out by the salt water heated pool and under the tiki pavilion!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here, the pool and patio area are really nice. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with.

Summertime vacation

Loved the house and back yard gazabo, nice neighborhood. Spent most of our time outside by the big pool and gazabo. Close to shopping and easy to get too.

Best value in Palm Beach Gardens

This house is adorable, very tastefully renovated, and has everything for a great vacation. It is small but who needs much more if you have an amazing backyard with heated pool and an entertaining area that could easily belong to a luxury hotel. The owner was very responsive and made our stay flawless. I would not only recommend this rental, but plan to book it again for my next stay.

The backyard is a dream

First VRBO I’ve stayed in where the pictures didn’t do the place justice. The backyard is an absolute dream and the inside is new and up to date. I would love to know who built that tiki hut and patio. All top end furniture and attention to detail. Very clean and great location. HIGHLY recommend

Private Oasis

The pictures for this private oasis do not do it justice! We needed additional space for family that was dog friendly and this place exceeded our expectations. The appliances, pots, and pans, patio furniture…upgrades are everywhere! The tiki/pool outdoor area is beyond perfect! We are already planning our return. FYI, just make sure to bring towels because there aren’t any supplied.

Awesome Tiki Hut and Pool

Our family spent the majority of our time in the pool and under the Tiki hut. Even when it was raining! We loved that there was a TV out there and ate at the table and chairs. The house was nice - need some better linens for beds and bath. Kitchen and appliances are great! We definitely recommend it!

Amazing Outdoor Space

The owner was easy to get in touch with regarding any/all questions we had. The house is small, but very clean and nicely updated. We particularly liked the kitchen appliances and tv set ups throughout. But the most amazing thing about this property is the backyard!! The tiki hut was incredible. Adjacent to a lovely saltwater pool, there were several sitting areas, cooking areas, bar, large fans, and a big TV. Both the kids and adults loved this space and used it often. The home has a convenient location. It is close to Publix and Joseph's Classic Market for groceries as well as a yummy bakery, Lingonberries. PGA Blvd. is also nearby where there are a variety of great restaurants. If you want to go to the ocean, Riviera Beach is very close.

Beatiful Home

We stayed for a long weekend and we were so happy we did. The outdoor area was perfect and so relaxing. The inside of the home was so clean and welcoming, with anything you could ask for to make a nice meal or even just hang out and play games or watch a movie. Close to nice restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great place

Nice and clean! Quick drive to beach and restaurants . The owner responded to questions that I had immediately. Safe neighborhood and the outdoor space is amazing. You do need to buy your own propane for the grill and fire pit. Unfortunately the area was completely out of tanks so we were unable to use them.

Awesome place!

I am so glad I found this place for our family vacation to visit friends in West Palm Beach. It was the perfect spot close to everything The house is beautiful and equipped with everything. The tiki hut was the favorite spot for everyone to hang out, we loved it!! The pool was amazing. Everything is as described in the listing. The host was great and takes very good care of the property! This house is in a nice neighborhood too it was especially nice during December alot of the houses were decorated for Christmas. We will definately be going back! Thanks again to the host for an amazing place to stay!!

Amazing outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our time in Palm Beach Gardens. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful Tiki watching tv, roasting Marshmallows and enjoying our time away. The location is perfect as we were just a small distance away from baseball fields/dining/beach.

Amazing house in ideal location

The house was well appointed, clean and in an ideal location. Close to 95 it is nearby all the major places to explore. The backyard really makes this a five star property. The tiki hut is great for entertaining. The heated saltwater pool was maintained weekly and was such a great perk to have. The host reacted to every call quickly and was friendly and accommodating. Very happy to have stayed there and would do so again.

Rest and rejuvenate in the Sun

This is a lovely property! Nicely decorated, comfortable beds all new appliances and best of all a beautiful private backyard with plenty of things to entertain. If I could give a suggestion that might make it even a step above, would be to provide a couple of flotation devices for the pool and a television for the master bedroom.

Very comfy

Not visiting under the best circumstances, however the house was very clean and cozy. Beautiful, comfortable backyard. Owner was very easy to message and replied promptly. Only complaint was that it said heated pool and we couldn't see where a heater had ever even been in it. Owner said was delayed to Covid, and what isn't these days? Was chilly so we werent able to use it. Besides that, we would stay again!

Great location, kids loved the pool!

House was very clean, beds were so comfortable and the pool was perfect for the family. The location couldn’t be better. Close to shopping, grocery store and beaches.

Great area, great neighbors, close to everything. I travel a lot and used to stay in short term rentals. I see that most owners does not care about what kind of finishings their property have or they just get rid of old furniture by furnishing their rentals. I always strive for the best, I DO CARE how my properties are represented, if they are fairly priced, what can I add to the property so my guests stay happy and enjoy their stay. There is not many owners that put so much love, attention to details and $$$ to their rental homes. I DO!!! Thats why I got over 200 positive reviews about my properties.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Simply said, there is no way you will find a better value, I prefer to keep my rates low but keep my properties occupied, that's why occupancy rates on my properties are over 90% and up throughout the year no matter the season. Both of my other properties in West Palm Beach are in top 10 if they are available.
