Beatiful Home

We stayed for a long weekend and we were so happy we did. The outdoor area was perfect and so relaxing. The inside of the home was so clean and welcoming, with anything you could ask for to make a nice meal or even just hang out and play games or watch a movie. Close to nice restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our time in Palm Beach Gardens. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful Tiki watching tv, roasting Marshmallows and enjoying our time away. The location is perfect as we were just a small distance away from baseball fields/dining/beach.

Spent the whole week floating in the pool, and lounging in the tiki hut. There’s always a nice breeze blowing through. The house is older in an older neighborhood, but that’s ok. The real draw, the real reason to rent this house is the outdoor space. There’s a lot of stores and restaurants in the area. Convenient location. I’d stay again if I come back.

Best value in Palm Beach Gardens

This house is adorable, very tastefully renovated, and has everything for a great vacation. It is small but who needs much more if you have an amazing backyard with heated pool and an entertaining area that could easily belong to a luxury hotel. The owner was very responsive and made our stay flawless. I would not only recommend this rental, but plan to book it again for my next stay.

First VRBO I’ve stayed in where the pictures didn’t do the place justice. The backyard is an absolute dream and the inside is new and up to date. I would love to know who built that tiki hut and patio. All top end furniture and attention to detail. Very clean and great location. HIGHLY recommend

Awesome Tiki Hut and Pool

Our family spent the majority of our time in the pool and under the Tiki hut. Even when it was raining! We loved that there was a TV out there and ate at the table and chairs. The house was nice - need some better linens for beds and bath. Kitchen and appliances are great! We definitely recommend it!

Great place

Nice and clean! Quick drive to beach and restaurants . The owner responded to questions that I had immediately. Safe neighborhood and the outdoor space is amazing. You do need to buy your own propane for the grill and fire pit. Unfortunately the area was completely out of tanks so we were unable to use them.

Thank you for your review Rachel. This is the first time I hear that it was completely empty for tanks, they are at most of the gas stations, Lowes, Home Depot and Walgreens. It cost around $20 and you are free to exchange the tanks I have. Unfortunately I do not provide propane because I live an hour away, it would take me half a day to do that unfortunately and I manage 15 properties. However under special circumstances like you mention I could help you out but unfortunately you never told me that there is an issue. Also there is a service that deliver the tanks the information is in the welcome book...

Private Oasis

The pictures for this private oasis do not do it justice! We needed additional space for family that was dog friendly and this place exceeded our expectations. The appliances, pots, and pans, patio furniture…upgrades are everywhere! The tiki/pool outdoor area is beyond perfect! We are already planning our return. FYI, just make sure to bring towels because there aren’t any supplied.

ALEX WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST. ANY ISSUES I HAD, HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LOVED THE POOL AND THE HUGH BACK YARD. ALSO LOVED THE FACT THAT PUBLIX WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FOR ALL OF YOUR GROCERY NEEDS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Very comfy

Not visiting under the best circumstances, however the house was very clean and cozy. Beautiful, comfortable backyard. Owner was very easy to message and replied promptly. Only complaint was that it said heated pool and we couldn't see where a heater had ever even been in it. Owner said was delayed to Covid, and what isn't these days? Was chilly so we werent able to use it. Besides that, we would stay again!

Unfortunately the unit was on backorder, also I FL no one use the pool heater till Beginning-Mid November (depends on the year) because its still too hot and water temp can be up to 89 degrees F, like today (oct 8). Thats why I mention it in the description that the pool heater will be installed in November. However, they finally got the unit in stock and and I told them to install it ASAP to avoid any inconveniences for other guests. So they did finally installed it yesterday. Please let me know if you would like to stay at my property again, I will offer you a discount. I am sorry for any inconvenience and my condolences...

Amazing Outdoor Space

The owner was easy to get in touch with regarding any/all questions we had. The house is small, but very clean and nicely updated. We particularly liked the kitchen appliances and tv set ups throughout. But the most amazing thing about this property is the backyard!! The tiki hut was incredible. Adjacent to a lovely saltwater pool, there were several sitting areas, cooking areas, bar, large fans, and a big TV. Both the kids and adults loved this space and used it often. The home has a convenient location. It is close to Publix and Joseph's Classic Market for groceries as well as a yummy bakery, Lingonberries. PGA Blvd. is also nearby where there are a variety of great restaurants. If you want to go to the ocean, Riviera Beach is very close.

Awesome place!

I am so glad I found this place for our family vacation to visit friends in West Palm Beach. It was the perfect spot close to everything The house is beautiful and equipped with everything. The tiki hut was the favorite spot for everyone to hang out, we loved it!! The pool was amazing. Everything is as described in the listing. The host was great and takes very good care of the property! This house is in a nice neighborhood too it was especially nice during December alot of the houses were decorated for Christmas. We will definately be going back! Thanks again to the host for an amazing place to stay!!
