This property was absolutely perfect for our family. There was so much to do and keep everyone entertained and happy. From the swimming pools to the golf simulator, everything was very well thought out. I highly recommend this property for your vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Would give this place 15 out of 5 stars if that were an option! Such a nice house! Everything was very clean, and all of the amenities were wonderful. We were in the pools often, the hot tub, indoor grotto area, and outdoor pool with a current you can swim against were all amazing! We also loved all of the little touches, like the nicely folded towels. The staff were extremely helpful and very responsive! The location is great, too. There is so much to do in the Pigeon Forge area, but we also really enjoyed just spending time at the house.

Wonderful Experience

Me and 10 friends stayed at Bluff Mountain Splash the week of September 20, 2026. I believe it took us almost a day to figure out where everything was at, but that was one of the great adventures! The real life golf simulator was a big hit with the guys! The inside and outside pools and hot tub was loved by all! We had a week long friend gathering in this amazing 9000 square-foot home. I highly recommend it to anyone that has a large group. It's located toward so many local attractions. We all took an ATV ride for the day. I can't say enough good things about this home. It had plenty of space for gatherings, yet also many areas for private couple time as well.

Breath taking views of the Blue Ridge, Smokey Mountains

Our family of 10, from Michigan, truly enjoyed Bluff Mountain Splash on our weeklong visit. Definitely something for everyone of all ages to do here. The pictures do not do justice to the actual views experienced out every window and porch at this house. We learned early on that the cute mama bear and her two cubs can easily open car doors (if not locked) and help themselves to whatever they can find. Luckily only slight damage to the car interior. We swam in the pool, (the two-year-old, several times each day) watched the stars from the hot tub, had family movie night in the movie room, taught the teenagers how to play poker, pool and golf. The beds were very comfortable and chairs in each room nice for quiet time or simply enjoying the view. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, utensils, dishes, pots, pans and appliances. The large table was appreciated to have the entire bunch together for meals. We did venture out a few times to the National park, Gatlinburg downtown shopping, mountain brothers store, and the coaster karts in Pigeon Forge a few times. There is so much to do and places to spend $$$$$$ but the house was so enjoyable that we were quite happy spending time there with the family. All in all, the perfect place to celebrate Our 50th Wedding Anniversary, my 70th Birthday and Retirement.

Top Notch Cabin

This cabin was top notch! We had a cousins trip with all different ages. We couldn't have been more impressed and pleased! From the cleanliness, communication and the amenities. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate our meals in. There was so much to do that we never had to leave the cabin. The biggest hit was the pool! We definitely want to plan a future trip.

The cabin was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. Our grandchildren loved the game rooms, outdoor play area, and pool. There was more than enough room for everyone to not feel crowded. The views were unbelievable: sunrises, sunsets, a supermoon, 2 rainbows, and a bear passing through. We would love to stay here again one day!

Senior Class Trip

We stayed for four nights with a group of 18 — 14 high school seniors and 4 adult chaperones—for a senior class trip, and the home was absolutely amazing. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The teens stayed busy the entire time. The golf simulator was a huge hit and kept the boys entertained for hours. We enjoyed a couple of movies in the theater room, made s'mores by the fire one evening, and spent plenty of time in the pool house. The hot tub was in use every night! The views from the deck are remarkable and made the perfect spot for morning coffee. The only thing to note is that it's a bit of a walk down to the yard and pool house. While we appreciated that the path is handicap accessible and wheelchair-friendly, a direct staircase from the upper patio/pool area to the yard would have been convenient. That said, it certainly didn't take away from our experience. The home truly has everything you could ask for—amazing views, two pools, a hot tub, and plenty of games and activities for both adults and kids. The management company was also wonderful to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and quick to provide recommendations when needed. Overall, this home was fantastic and perfect for a large group. We would highly recommend it!
