Luxury heated pool & spa home, pool bar, steps to the beach & two master suites!



Welcome to the Coral Door House! Tranquil retreat at the beach! New home with heated pool completed November of 2021. We custom built this home to be a vacation rental, not modified an existing house. Enjoy your vacation in this spacious and modern luxury home!

The house is 1,618 square foot, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs there is an open concept large living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a bonus loft with a deep couch full of pillows and a TV. A perfect place to read a book or watch a movie. With two master suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, a bunk room and a dedicated workspace the house is made to accommodate two families, or up to 10 adults. The house has four TVs, plenty of games, beach gear, pool floats, luxury beds and bedding.

A private entrance to a very special and secluded beach is just 6 houses down to the east. An easy short walk with a provided beach cart that has everything you need for a day at the beach. If you head west a couple blocks you can watch beautiful sunsets from the public intracoastal access.

Outdoor living space has a 10 X 20 foot heated pool , six person spa, with plenty of seating, a pool bar with a tv and fridge, a dining table, Weber grill and outdoor shower. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy the dreamy cafe lights for a magical evening.

Owner operated and built. We live just down the street, and are available for local recommendations and will do everything we can to make your stay in St. Augustine enjoyable! We’d love to host you and your family, so let us know when you want to come stay, and we can discuss more details from there.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved your beautiful home and it was perfect for our family vacation to the beach! The location was ideal- just a few steps away from the beach and close to historic St. Augustine. All of the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the private pool! We would love to come back again!

The house was great and perfect for my family. Just a short walk to the beach. This is the first time we have been to Vilano Beach and we could not have been happier. Very clean beach and not crowded. The only issue we had was with inconsistency with the hot water but the owner was very responsive. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy, and we loved using the grill for outdoor meals. The outdoor seating area around the gorgeous pool was the perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the easy ocean access—it was ideal for our peaceful morning walks. Thank you for providing such a well-equipped and welcoming space!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is comfortably decorated with plenty of space for 6 adults. The location is ideal. We spent a lot of time at the pool, walking the neighborhood and visiting St. Augustine, and less time at the beach due to rainy weather.

Amazing Place to Stay

This property was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The house being steps away from the beach was perfect and the pool felt amazing. The host was very informative with check in and check out information and gave great recommendations for food, coffee, and experiences. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be staying here again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Clean and plenty of room for a family of nine! Favorite place to be was at the pool where pool noodles, balls and floats were provided! And it was heated!! The walk to the beach was very short and was so nice and quite. It wasn’t overly crowded!! I definitely recommend staying!

Great location! We love the neighborhood and it was close to the beach. Access to the beach was a bit tricky due to a storm but should be fixed soon. Just unfortunate timing for us. Owner was kind and very responsive.

Great location

Short walk to the beach. Owners are very responsive. Our internet went out during a storm and the owner called and walked me through the steps to fix the problem. Our area of the beach had hardly any other visitors during the week of spring break. It seemed very private and quiet. The pool was warm when the ocean was still cold, so that was a plus. Thanks for a great week!

Pristine and Beautiful Rental

Vilano Beach rental was a fabulous rental, and we rent everywhere we go when traveling. We only got to stay for a couple of nights, but the home was beautifully decorated (modern boho/chic), extremely clean, and very comfortable. The rental is only a couple of miles to the grocery store and a 7-10 minute drive into St. Augustine. Owners were very accommodating, as well. Heated pool was an added touch, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4, with room to spare for more. If we return to St. Augustine, we will surely be back. Thank you!

Great location

We (a family of six) stayed at this vacation home for a short getaway. The location was excellent (very close to the beach), the house spacious, and the heated pool luxurious. The hosts obviously put a lot of time and effort into the home. Unfortunately some things (dishes, dish brushes, and couches) were not quite clean when we checked in, and a couple things were broken as well but nothing major. The check-out checklist was also a bit on the long side, which made it difficult to meet the check-out time of 10am with multiple kids in tow. So overall it wasn't a perfect experience but we really did enjoy our stay and would come again!

Instant Serenity

From the moment we walked through the front door, my husband and I felt relaxed and like we could take a full breath. The home is beautiful, open, and full of light. All finishing are spot on and made us feel welcome and right at home. We spent evenings with a glass of wine playing scrabble at the table and even took in a movie. Our favorite thing was to be just a two minute walk to a beautiful beach on the Atlantic, what fabulous memories of our morning walks on the beach we'll treasure. And St. Augustine, we simply fell in love with your community. Eason & Robin's welcome book is full of fabulous restaurants to try out and places to visit. A St Augustine Beach Oasis

Exactly as described this property is the perfect choice for two families looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Beach is a short walk and property provides lots of beach stuff to make a day of it. Pool is amazing to start the day and end the day after you had your fill of the beach. And if you like to cook the kitchen is beautiful and large. Perfect for a large group. Owners were very responsive to texts and can provide you all the local info if needed. Definitely a redo.

Luxury accommodations with all the amenities of home. The rental has so many special touches from pool towels to amenities in the bathrooms. My grandchildren loved the pool. Wonderful stay.
