A quick 10-minute drive takes you to historic downtown Saint Augustine, where you can explore the fort, the famous Night of Lights (from November to February), St. George Street, trolleys, restaurants, the alligator farm, putt-putt golf, museums, and more.
Avoid the downtown traffic while still having easy access to all the attractions.

Beach Life, Best Life - Vilano Beach

We had a 2 week stay at Vilano Beach. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the house, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was terrific and a very easy, short walk to the beach which is beautiful. The house is a short 10 minute drive to St Augustine for a little excitement or stay at Vilano for peace and quiet.

Beach Babe

Location Location Location The Pool was amazing The House was spacious The Beach & Ocean was fabulous Sadly, we had to deal with LIVE rodents, active bugs, and annoying smells near the treatment plant. Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen 🥶 Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️

Vacation

We found the home to be average, but could use some improvements in livingroom furniture. Appliances all worked, but could be updated. AC worked good. We did have some issues with cockroaches,but they did send someone over to spray which helped. The pool was very nice! We did occasionally get some odor from the sewer plant across the street. The proximity to the beach was great (5 minute walk) and we loved the restaurants nearby. Whenever we had a request the owner responded immediately.

Family Vacation 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location to the beach. The pool was great as well. They welcomed us and our fur babies. There was a nice welcome basket with goodies for all including our dogs. Looking forward to another trip to St. Augustine! I’m going to check out your other properties as well. Thank you!

Wifes get away

I sent my wife to see her mom and extended family in florida and this place is in the perfect location. Its quiet, close to the beach, and when you dont want to get sandy, you've got thempool. She was very please and said it was perfect

Great Beach Getaway

Came down with the family and a friend for a weekend away at the beach. House is a walk away from the beach and has an amazing pool so you can split time between both. Very responsive owners who answered questions quickly.

We have been coming to Vilano Beach for many years for family summer vacation. This is by far the best property we have stayed in. Fabulous location, everything you needed right there and great pool! We would recommend to everyone!

Wonderful Beach Get-Away

We stayed here for 6 days. Beautiful property! Close proximity to the beach. Sadly, it wasn’t easily accessible; son-in-law is a paraplegic. Pool was fantastic! Had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Easy drive to St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in St. Augustine!

We travelled with our family of four plus my parents and had the best Thanksgiving. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (which is rarely the case at a VRBO!) and my kids loved the games that were available to play. The highlight of the stay was 100% the pool. My kids were in it multiple times per day and loved night swimming due to the lighting outside. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and while it wasn't quite 'beach weather' we went multiple times a day to do a beach walk. (Gotta catch it at low tide because at high tide there is no beach to walk) Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.

Great Family Vacation

This home and property was amazing. It was perfect for my family of 4 plus our dog. Working with the property manager and owner was very prompt and easy. All of our needs were more than met. They have thought of everything for all of their visitors. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Fantastic Beach Trip

The property exceeded our expectations. The home is located in a very quite neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Everything just worked well for us. Everyone needed to take some down time from work or grad school and this was just the place. Between the beach and pool all the members of the family had something they enjoyed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The communications and check in process were smooth and well thought out. We are all looking forward to returning next here.

Perfect

We spent a week at the property and loved every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect, and owners were very responsive and accommodating. It’s a much closer walk to the beach than we originally thought and a drive into the historic district took just a few minutes. If we ever return to the area we will be staying there again!

Family Fun

Fun for the whole family. The pool was a huge hit. The B&B was exactly as you see on the images on Vrbo. I will say because we were dealing with a major heat wave, that the main room and the two side guest rooms and bathroom stayed very warm. We had to bring/purchase ourselves additional fans to get it where it was bareable. The master bedroom and bath stayed more regulated with cooler air. The kitchen was fantastic. The supplies in the house from a washer and dryer, to the refrigerator, to the cleaning supplies, to the kitchen utensils was fully furnished. The property manager was expedient and helpful and a pleasure to work with. We also had a goodie basket with waters and food and location magazines to help us plan our trip as well as we had our dogs there. They also had a dog bowl with some toys and treats in them which the dogs loved. It was in a great location not far from the beach easy to get to as well as a gorgeous public grocery store nearby and within 20 minutes of downtown Saint Augustine to get to all kinds of things and have more fun. That made it the best of both worlds having your privacy in your relaxing seclusion in this beautiful home with the pool and the opportunity to go do other things. Dog friendly and a place we would highly recommend.
