Professionally managed 1st floor condo unit in a charming 4-plex in Golden Hill. Nice outdoor yard and perfect location just minutes from points of interest such as SD Convention Center, Downtown, Gas Lamp, Balboa Park and more.

Guest interaction is minimal. I will try to meet you if I can during the check in. I will leave or email you a welcome letter with house instructions and recommendations. You can always call, email or text me if you need anything, have questions about the apartment or want recommendations.

The unit is only 4 minutes away from the Zoo and a beautiful Balboa Park and with quick freeway access you can get to the beaches and Sea World in about 10 -15 minutes. Just a few blocks you will find many great restaurants. You can cook your own steak at the Turf Club, or indulge great Italian food at Luigis (has outdoor patio as well) or have a quick taco or burrito at Humberto's. Influx, the trendiest coffee shop, is half a block away and will serve you the best croissant sandwich and a mocha.

You will have access to anything in the house and the building.

I usually try to leave continental breakfast items in the fridge. The pantry has tea, coffee, some spices and other basic items that you are welcome to use.

Nice and well appointed apartment with everything one could ask for. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom which and a single cot in a alcove off the living room that is has curtain set up and is private. Air mattress also available upon request. The main bedroom also has access to the shady back yard with BBQ. Perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal.

If you have a larger group, we manage the 4 plex and will always be willing to accommodate.

This charming apartment is walking distance from the lively Downtown area, Gaslamp, Little Italy, and is very convenient for Convention Center visitors. There is a nice outdoor area in back with a gas BBQ and great seating area to enjoy a drink or meal in the San Diego sun.

If you are visiting San Diego without a car, you will be a block away from the bus stop and a few blocks from the trolley stop, and a mile from the ferry if you want to check out spectacular San Diego bay. The same ferry can take you for a day to Coronado Island.

You are able to arrive at any time that is convenient for you. The apartment may not be ready to check into until 3pm but will always try to accommodate if you'd like to drop your luggage off if you arrive early. We will make your checking in very easy.
