To clarify, your booking was for two different properties. When it was time to transition to the second house, we were concerned to find that you had not yet checked out, as our cleaners were scheduled to prepare the next property. We understood that you were on a day trip in Canada and wouldn't return until the evening. To ensure that you were accommodated comfortably, we took extra steps to address the situation. Our team went out of their way, including personally going to the property to clean, since the cleaners had already moved on to the next job. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. We are reviewing our communication procedures to prevent similar issues in the future and to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a discount on a future stay, including a free night.
