The Space

Just a short walk from the beach, The Grand Oasis is a beautifully designed 6-bedroom, 5-bath family estate tucked among mature oak trees on a quiet street in the charming village of Grand Beach. With a private heated pool, hot tub, multiple living spaces, and exceptional amenities throughout, this home offers the perfect setting for memorable family gatherings and relaxed group getaways.

Designed for comfort and connection, the home features multiple living areas, allowing guests to spread out while still enjoying time together. The main level includes two separate living rooms, each with its own fireplace, creating warm and inviting spaces to relax. The spacious, well appointed kitchen features luxury appliances and granite countertops and opens seamlessly to the living and dining areas, perfect for cooking while staying connected with your group. The dining area seats 10 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

The primary suite, located on the main floor, offers peaceful views of the surrounding landscape and direct walkout access to the hot tub. An additional guest bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, kids will love the cozy loft area with 4 twin beds and a living space ideal for games or movie nights.

The lower level includes two more guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and fireplace, and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed, sharing a large full bathroom.

Adding even more flexibility, the space above the garage features a private guest suite with a kitchenette, living area, desk space, and a large deck overlooking the pool. Below this suite is a dedicated workout room with sauna and bathroom, perfect for early morning workouts or wellness-focused stays.

Outdoor living is a true highlight at The Grand Oasis. Enjoy dining al fresco on one of the spacious decks, unwind on the screened porch overlooking the tranquil koi pond, or spend sunny days in the private pool with slide. Evenings are best spent soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit for s’mores and storytelling under the stars.

One of the home’s standout features is its location. The playground, 9-hole golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are just one block away, with the sandy shores of Lake Michigan only two blocks beyond, making it easy to enjoy everything Grand Beach has to offer.

Other Things to Note-

The Grand Oasis is best suited for families and responsible groups. Registered guests only. Occupancy limits are enforced. Quiet hours are strictly enforced the the GBPD.

Guests will receive access instructions 24hrs in advance.

Guests have access to entire home, however the garage is not available to our guests.

We respect our guests’ preferences and take your lead on communication. We are available whenever you need assistance and are always just a message away, while also giving you the space to fully enjoy your stay.

A car is definitely recommended in this area. Grand Beach is also a golf cart friendly village, and we’re happy to arrange a rental for you if you’d like. You must be 16yrs of age with a valid drivers license to operate a golf cart. This is strictly enforced by the GBPD.

Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend weather permitting.

Guest have access to entire home, however the garage is not available to our guests.
