Private Stay in Grand Rivers, Minutes From Kentucky Lake and I-24/I-69

Nice, clean place to stay for a family, group of friends, or a couple's getaway that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. If fine dining, shopping & entertainment are what you're after, Paducah is about 20 miles away. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome!! Plenty of parking to accommodate boat trailers. We are 3 miles from I-24.

Pets are more than welcome! However please note that if it’s obvious that pets were allowed on furniture (scratches, excessive dirt, hair, markings) a separate pet damage fee will be assessed. We do ask that all pets be kept in the large fenced in area behind the home when they are outside. We have a large dog who will jump my fence if he sees other animals. While he has played well with other large dogs, I fear he could hurt a smaller dog or cat due to his size and energy!

Smoking is allowed on the property, but not inside. I prefer that you smoke away from the doors so that smoke does not seep in. If you are smoking on the porches, just please make sure the doors are closed.

Great weekend in Grand Rivers

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The location was so relaxing and the fenced in area for the pups was a hit. Everything was so comfy and cozy! Lots to do in the area and we will definitely be back!!

Only stayed for one night while passing through. Loved it! It's in the country and very quiet. Very clean and comfortable, just like home. Cannot wait to return and spend more time exploring Kentucky.

The home was nice and clean. Just the right place for us to stay the night. We loved the fenced back yard so we could let our dog run free for a bit after being stuck in a car all day.We did leave a leash on the front porch. We hope either the owner or a new guest finds it useful.

Perfect for our weekend family lake trip

We stayed for two nights during a family trip to the lake and had a great experience! The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was very clean! One of the highlights was being able to bring our pups along—having a fully fenced backyard made it so easy and enjoyable for them (and us!). There was plenty of space for everyone, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like fans, extra pillows, and blankets. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Country setting

Tranquil, clean, nice home to stay. Had everything we needed. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our doggie. Owners were nice and friendly. Close to lakes and town. Peaceful in the morning and evening for those of us who love to chill on the porch with our coffee. I highly recommend this home.

Great Place

This is a great place for a couple people. Had tons of kitchen utensil and plenty of room to park the boat. The only down fall was no outside plugs for charging boat. Had to run cord thru a window.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, the yard was awesome. We enjoyed being able to cook inside and outside. The home was well stocked with the basics. Nice, quiet property but still close to everything.
