The neighborhood is beautiful with the trees and azaleas. Home is very comfortable and clean. If you like to have walks, there are a lot of walkers and certainly the neighborhood to do so.

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

House was very tastefully renovated and in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely stay there again.

Long overdue review. Stayed thanksgiving week while visiting our daughter in Cary. Home was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood and amenities were as described. All in all a great week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! We drove down from Georgia for the USA BASEBALL tournament and stayed for several nights and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this home! The host is excellent about communication. We will stay here again…

Beautiful Forest Home

We loved our stay here. The house was lovely and had everything we could need. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, in a good location. The separate work space was great for my husband, who works remotely. Would love to stay here again!

Nice house

House was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. Lovely setting with nice deck in back and screened porch. Check in and out went smoothly. Will definitely consider staying here again on future trips.

Family reunion

Rented house so we could spend quality time with out of town son, local daughter and grandson. Cute comfortable house. Great beds, nice kitchen, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and nice yard.

Peaceful & relaxing retreat

My family of four adults sibling met here for a nephew’s wedding. It was the perfect location for us to come together for different locations and celebrate this long weekend together. It was so relaxing and the beds are very comfortable! I love that each room feels like its own space, love having a TV in my room! This home is very welcoming, extremely clean, don’t hesitate to make this your next stop when traveling.

Absolutely amazing house! Tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Like a tranquil oasis as soon as you walk in the door. Had every utensil / amenity you would ever need...and it's meticulously kept. And ping pong for the icing on the cake!

Terrific location and beautiful, comfortable home!

We wanted a central location in the Triangle area as we’re looking for a home there and also wanted to sample some of the wonderful nearby restaurants. This home was simply perfect for all of that and more! Beautifully decorated and remodeled mid century home with comfortable seating and sleeping, great open kitchen and gorgeous fireplace! These hosts thought of everything and were easy to communicate with - also very helpful. You’re going to enjoy your stay here!

We gather here for Thanksgiving to be with family and it was wonderful being able to have all 10 of us share a meal. The kitchen was well equipped for me to cook in a different space. We were able to play games and enjoy the day. Thank you

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Precise attention to detail ever step of the way. Many modern amenities in the home. Super quiet neighborhood. Shannon communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We would stay again at the “Forrest Retreat” without hesitation.

Most serene experience!

I stayed here for about a week with my husband and my daughter, and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The kitchen and bath have all the amenities that we need so we feel like at home. We spent a lot of time chilling on the covered patio, which we do not have here in Los Angeles. My anxiety and stress were completely gone while we were here. Now we want to move to Cary!

I am very sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your experience. 99% of our guests we have excellent communication with. It is very important that guests complete the processing and verification portion of registration so they will receive the important information about checkin instructions and the home specifics. Guests should read thoroughly the WELCOME BOOK prior to arriving as it contains everything guests need to know.

Great House, Great Neighborhood

This house is a remodeled mid century modern house is located in a quiet, well established neighborhood in Cary. Four main things I look for in a VRBO....cleanliness, all appliances and HVAC work properly, comfortable linens/bed, and a well appointed kitchen. This property checked all those boxes and more. The house has a great outdoor space. The deck is outside and they also have an adjacent screened in porch with a great seating space and ping pong table. The kitchen was better equipped than most VRBOs. We found the location to be very convenient and quiet. A great find and we'll be back.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Stay

This was a beautiful home that met our needs perfectly. We were visiting Cary for a family wedding. The house was conveniently located to everything we needed. 5 of us stayed in the house and other family members dropped in and out. The owners have thought of everything with a well appointed kitchen, nice linens, comfortable beds, toiletries, games, and more. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, and the layout is great. We loved the screened in porch and had lots of fun playing ping pong. The kitchen is great size with pretty much all you need for cooking in or reheating takeout. Food Lion is .5 miles away. This was a great find!

lovely house

the house was decorated beautifully with all the modern conveniences and a ping pong table for evening entertainment. Beds were very comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, the house has plumbing problems that were apparent from the first night. The last day we were there all the toilets clogged and the shower flooded. It is a situation that has to be attended to or else all the positive features are overwhelmed by that basic and frankly nasty problem.

Dear Alix, Immediately after your making us aware of the issue which was one hour before your checkout, a licensed plumber came out and found a clog in the main sewer line at the street and it was cleared. He has inspected the entire drainage system and has given the thumbs up and all clear. Again, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We are glat to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
