The central living area is comprised of a fabulous chef's kitchen which offers finely appointed finishes including custom cabinetry, professional appliances and is open to the dining area, living room with fireplace and wet bar as well as direct access to the lakefront screened lanai. Here are the rules: weekend to weekend during summer
25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property.
No college or Party Groups
No Smoking or Vaping in the condo
No Pets.
No Events or Weddings per Destiny West Rules

Check in time 4pm, Check out time 10 AM we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.

And of course, as the name suggests, this is the NO Complaints house, its a house that is distinctly GROUCH FREE! So, if you are rude, hateful, or just plain mean, rent somewhere else. This house is for FUN FAMILIES only.
