The gem of our villa is the awesome screened-in lanai, over 1,100 square feet in size. Partially covered by an extended roof and fully screened, it creates a cozy and inviting ambiance for your indoor/outdoor gatherings. With sectional seating, a natural gas grill & dining area, and a small private pool, this lanai has it all!

The outdoor couch is arranged around a large pivoting smart TV, perfect for sports enthusiasts or movie nights. We’ve invested in an industrial heater and digital controls to quickly convert the pool into a HOT TUB, complete with jet sprays and lights.

Step into our newly converted and renovated Guest Cabana for a delightful retreat of its own. With its own digitally-keyed glass entry door, a stylish king bed, and an expensive queen “sleep’ between” sofa, this space is designed for relaxation. Equipped with its own dedicated WiFi, heating/cooling controls, beverage refrigerator, and mounted smart TV, it's perfect for small groups of friends or teens (sleeps up to four).

You will be super close to anything you have planned or desire to do during your stay. We highly recommend walking to the beach (the pedestrian gate code provided), as it is almost always easier than driving around looking for parking!

Grocery delivery or store pickup is also available in our area from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart. Great restaurants abound, and the Destin Common (a great outdoor mall) is only a 4-5 minute drive. Explore local dining establishments (Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s or Pompano Joes), to cozy coffee and wine bars like Camille's for a relaxing break.

If you're a seafood enthusiast, make sure to visit AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar or Brotula’s Seafood House for a delightful culinary experience. Grand Boulevard (Sandestin) offers additional fine dining. For dessert lovers, The Donut Hole offers delectable treats like Key Lime Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, and Coconut Cake.
