Spanning three floors and designed to allow guests to maximize stunning views of Four Prongs Lake and Gulf Views from balconies at each level, Only Good Vibes is a splendid luxury coastal residence just steps from Destin's coveted pristine white sandy beaches. Thoughtful details of this home include Gulf views, lakefront lot, gorgeous fireplace. Three sets of wood-framed French doors topped with double transom windows capture breathtaking pool terrace views and flood the grand living space with natural light. The open floor plan of the living space is accented with plush, comfortable furnishing and the warmth of a stone fireplace . The capacious kitchen is a chef’s delight with large island breakfast bar, Sub Zero refrigerator, ice maker, wine refrigerator, six-burner Dacor stove with pot filler spigot and warming drawer. Entertaining is a must in the palatial formal dining space graced with those mesmerizing views across the lake. Accommodations include 5 spacious bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, two washer and dryer hookups and two Rinnai hot water heaters. The first-floor guest suite is a spacious King Bedroom with private ensuite with its own spa shower. The second floor is home to the primary bedroom retreat which boasts a pyramid-shaped ceiling lined with gorgeous mellow wood. Custom chandeliers and wall sconces decorate the primary bath with its spa shower and soaker tub. In addition, guests will find respite with the choice of a Queen Bedroom with a twin built-in and private bath, Queen Bedroom with a shared bath, or Double Twin Bedroom with a shared bath.
The third level features a family entertainment space with a game room, wet bar, and Queen over Queen bunk, and an additional half bath, but the true pièce de résistance of the home is the third-floor sun deck with its unobstructed views.

Guests have access to six adult bikes and the community amenities including the fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, community pool and playground. Only Good Vibes is just two blocks from eateries like Crab Trap and access to the Gulf of Mexico.
