Welcome to Sunburst, your luxurious haven nestled along the pristine shores of Pawleys Island. This exquisite beachfront retreat epitomizes coastal elegance, offering an unparalleled fusion of breathtaking panoramas and refined comfort.

Sunburst boasts a blend of modern amenities and coastal charm. Featuring a well equipped kitchen adorned with sleek appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar and large dining room table, a beverage refrigerator and two spacious living areas adorned with tasteful coastal décor. The first floor features two creek front bedrooms, each with one Queen bed and one Twin bed and a private bathroom in each. Up the stairs as you enter the second living area, you are greeted by panoramic views of the Pawleys Island Beach shoreline. Large flat screen TV and sufficient seating, guests can access two porches off of this living area to listen to the waves crash. The second floor features four bedrooms. The two creek front bedrooms each have one Queen bed and one Twin bed and a private bathroom in each. The South oceanfront bedroom includes one Queen with a private bathroom. The master suite features one King bed with a private bathroom featuring a soaker tub and shower.

Great hospitality

Great home and location. 75 foot walk to beach and same on west side to the Marsh dock. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful property and just as pictures

This was truly an incredible beach house. The pictures do not do this place justice. Easy to get to and directly on the beach. Wonderful views and extremely relaxing. We will certainly be back.

Sunburst is perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented three properties through TideLife Realty for my daughter’s wedding weekend and each one was perfect! Sunburst was home base for some of our family members, including my 95 year old mother...so the elevator was a necessity & very easy to operate. The view and location are amazing...especially from the upstairs sitting area. There’s plenty of parking at the Sunburst house, and being across the street from the Pawleys Island Chapel definitely gives a serene sensation.

Newer home and well kept - nice furnishing and a well equipped kitchen that had everything— wasn’t able to work the fireplace but really didn’t need it most days we were there !! Lovely Home !

Paradise!!

We have traveled to many places around the world. This location is breathtaking. The views from every window were spectacular. Whether you were in the rear of the house and experiencing the energy of the ocean or in the front of the house watching the sunset over the tranquil marsh, there was constant beauty that embraced you. Loved the inside of the house as well.

It has an impressive kitchen, two spacious living areas adorned with tasteful coastal décor, and 6 spacious bedrooms. The 2 outdoor porches are perfect for taking in the views of the Pawleys Island coastline and listening to the waves crash. It is directly across the street from Pawleys Island Chapel and has a great creek dock. We are happy we could quickly address your minor appliance and upkeep issues. High School Friend Reunion

We were so very pleased with this property. The home is beautiful and was so perfectly set up for 6 couples. The covered porches made great gathering spaces no matter the weather The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The location and views are just perfect! The only suggestion we have is to increase the table seating indoors. We were a party of twelve and the table only seated 8. We have already booked for next year !

One of a kind In Pawleys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a one of a kind, beautifully designed with all of the amenities you could ask for. Ocean front to one of the most preteen beaches in the area that is not over crowded. Inside you will find a state of the art kitchen with great views 24/7 of the ocean and nighttime stars. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking forward to beautiful getaway. It is also just a 5 minute drive to any shopping and fine dining experience.
