Perfect for our family

The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable and has a lay out that works well for a family gathering. There are steps to be aware of with little tiny children, but we were aware and all worked just fine. The kitchen had all that we needed for dinner for 13. The response from the owner to a question we had was quick. Love the location and the view from all the porches is lovely. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock. The kids enjoyed the extra space under the house to ride scooters, etc. Very short distance to Pawleys and Murrells Inlet.

Fabulous!

This is easily top of the list for my favorite VRBO houses! The house is fabulous- lots of windows, plenty of seating areas, decks off of all bedrooms, very clean and well stocked! We were there with my teenagers plus all of the grandparents and everyone loved it! Lots to do - beach, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, etc. Owner and care takers are very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Nice and spacious home. Very accommodating for our group to be together and yet has many places for people to enjoy quiet moments by themselves. Everything worked as expected. Great amenities like kayaks and beach chairs. Even furnished beach towels which came in handy. All in we had a great stay.

Golf Getaway

This is a great home in the heart of some of the best golf courses in the Pawleys Island area just south of Myrtle Beach. We’ve stayed here now four times, home and property are great and never fail to provide for a great weekend. Thanks again.

Perfect Family Property

The house was lovely - well furnished and stocked. The dock was a favorite of the kiddos and adults alike. We rented a golf cart, and it was super easy to get to the beach. Great stay! Thank you!

Great house, unique waterfront location

This is a great house. We have been visiting Pawley's Island for 20 years and never knew this area existed. The house has a canal type water feature both in front and behind the house which is really beautiful, scenic, peaceful, unique and makes for a very unique rental. The house is beautiful. It's very clean and it's super close to everything in Pawley's including all the restaurants and shopping. It's also 2 streets from the beach and there is easy beach access. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Home

Great vacation home in a perfect location. This home is on a canal walking distance from the beach. We played golf daily with a choice of 6-7 great courses within five miles. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple miles as well. House is meticulously maintain and very clean. Has all the amenities you could possibly need. We will definitely react again.

Absolutely wonderful beach house!

Our family of 9 loved this property from the moment we walked in the door -- and yes, to yummy brownies and a kind card to welcome us. The house is so sunny, spacious and well-furnished. The children (ages 7-14) spent hours on the kayaks, and we all enjoyed bike rides to the beach and around the area. Both the owner Barb and caretaker Jim were super friendly and accommodating. I can also recommend Pawleys Island Beach Service for bike rentals. A nice guy Brian delivered bikes within an hour of ordering them and stayed to make sure everyone had the right size. The bikes were in great condition, and the price was very reasonable. Needless to say, we will be returning to this wonderful property!

Acation weekend

We thought the property was great. The only complaint we had was washing the linen, washing and pit up all dishes in their place in the cabinets and do this and be out by 10:00. You spend a lot of your last night getting ready to leave instead of enjoying your stay.

Incredible water views from both the front (marsh) AND back (canal) plus the short walk to the stunning Litchfield Beach make this the perfect spot for your family vacation. The house itself is modern, comfortable and charming all at once. Plus, explore Pawleys Island and all that the town has to offer: outdoor activities, restaurants, shopping and nearby Myrtle Beach and Charleston.
