Our newly remodeled (Oct. 2021) stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo is situated perfectly on the Lake of the Ozark's main channel at the 21 mile marker, boasting the most incredible views the lake has to offer!
Located in the heart of Osage Beach, you'll be close to all the action the lake has to offer by water, and just a short drive from fabulous shopping, dining, and activities on land.
This condo is located on the first floor, one level down from the main parking lot via stairs only and is not suitable for those requiring special assistance.
All guests are required to be registered in advance.
The Ledges Condominiums
Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up some magic! The stunning 10 ft. dining table comfortably seats all 10 guests, so no one is left out for dinner! The back deck offers comfortable seating with shade, perfect for watching boats zoom by or the beautiful sunsets. In unit washer & dryer, Smart TV's w/ cable in every room, and complimentary Wifi. The property offers free parking (limited space), two swimming pools (one lakeside), a private beach, and children's playground.
Our private 10 foot by 24 foot covered slip is available for use during your stay. A link to book the slip will be sent to you once you book your getaway at Lake Life: Reimagined in Osage Beach!
The kitchen is equipped with both a traditional coffee pot, as well as a Kuerig K Cup coffee maker (including K cups).
IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY TO AVOID TOW AT OWNER'S EXPENSE!
Restricted parking is in effect beginning at noon Friday through noon Sunday during peak season, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
A maximum of two cars per condo are allowed.
Two parking passes will be awaiting your arrival on the kitchen counter. These should be hung on the rear view mirror or placed on the dash of each vehicle. Any vehicles not displaying the parking pass are subject to being towed at owner's expense.
Our occupancy maximum is strictly 10 guests, and as such, we suggest trying to limit your group to only two vehicles. In the event you require additional vehicles, those additional vehicles must park in the designated area located on the top (third) tier parking near the trash dumpsters. Please look for signage indicating where to park. Yellow parking passes are not required to park in this designated area. We recommend leaving a note on the dash of all additional vehicles with your name and phone number - in the event of unforeseen parking violations, security can attempt to contact you first before towing the vehicle at owner's expense with or without notice. We have provided a parking form in the living room closet for this purpose.
Upon departure, please return both parking passes to the kitchen counter. Unreturned parking passes will incur a $100 replacement fee each.
Please note: no oversized vehicles are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to; trucks, RV's, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring more than one parking space. Any vehicle/item taking up more than one parking space may be subject to tow at owner's expense with or without warning.
We recommend locking your vehicle(s) and removing any valuable items to deter theft.
