Historic Nash House – Charming Downtown Ocala Retreat
Step back in time while enjoying the comforts of home at the historic Nash House, a beautiful Colonial Revival home built in 1891 and located just minutes from the heart of downtown Ocala.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper-level apartment offers approximately 1,000 square feet of private living space and has its own entrance and foyer. It’s the perfect getaway for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy everything Ocala has to offer.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, sound machine, smart TV, iron and ironing board, plus extra pillows and blankets. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large soaking tub with a rain shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, closet, and extra pillows and blankets. The second bathroom includes a single vanity and shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, dining table and chairs, and basic cooking and dining essentials. We also provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. A welcome treat of pastries is provided to help get your first morning off to a great start.

Relax in the living room with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, accent chair, and cozy electric fireplace. Streaming services such as Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video are available when you log in with your own accounts. Roku and live TV are also available.

Enjoy the Outdoors
Guests have access to a charming outdoor area featuring two rocking chairs, bicycles, a gas grill, outdoor dining table, gas firepit, and outdoor furniture—a wonderful place to unwind after a day exploring Ocala.

There is also a washer/dryer combination inside the apartment for your convenience.

A Perfect Downtown Location
One of the best things about the Nash House is its location. You’re just a short walk or drive from downtown Ocala’s restaurants, shops, entertainment and nightlife. Tuscawilla Park, the Reilly Arts Center and Discovery Center are all nearby.

Downtown’s farmers market is held every Saturday, and the monthly Art Walk takes place on the first Friday of the month. The property is also approximately 8 miles from the World Equestrian Center and 6 miles from Silver Springs State Park.

Walking to downtown takes approximately 5 minutes through the historic district, where you’ll enjoy beautiful architecture and tree-lined streets. A car is recommended for longer-distance attractions, although there is also a limited bus system available.
