We value your comfort and adhere to a 4 pm check-in and a 10 am check-out,
with quiet hours observed from 9 pm to 8 am. For the well-being of our guests,
smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted inside the property. Located

\- Air Fresheners: You're welcome to unplug the air fresheners, as we
understand some may be sensitive to scents; however, please do not lay the air
fresheners down or put them upside down. Doing so will cause the contents to
spill.
\- Do not unplug any of the carbon monoxide detectors (one downstairs and one
upstairs in bunk bed room) or the white Wi-Fi adapter box located in the
dining room (also has a note on it that says "DO NOT REMOVE"). If any of these
are accidentally unplugged, please notify your hosts immediately.
\- Temperature: Please refrain from setting the thermostat below 68F or above
78F.
\- TV Wi-Fi: The TV is a smart TV; therefore, you are free to log into any of
your accounts. If you do login to one of your accounts on our device, please
do not forget to log out upon check out.
\- Laundry: You are welcome to run as many loads as you need, but please do
not overload the washer or dryer. Please also remember to empty the lint trap
after each dryer run.
\- As a courtesy, we have provided emergency feminine products, as well as
extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, etc., which may be found in the upstairs
bathroom. While you are welcome to take what you need, please do not abuse
this courtesy.
\- Please utilize ONLY two parking spaces directly in front of the residence.
Additional vehicles will need to utilize the overflow parking on the opposite
side of the building (next to the trash dumpster). There are other renters
needing parking spots.
\- Please be respectful of other renters in the building.
Check Out Rules:
\- Trash: Please be sure to utilize the trash bags we have provided and take
out all trash to the dumpster (located on the north side of the property) upon
checking out.
\- Temperature: Please set the thermostat at 75F upon leaving.
\- Dirty Linens: Please strip the sheets and pillow cases that were used and
place all used/dirty sheets and towels in one pile. Please leave all
comforters on the bed, as those undergo a special treatment. Do not remove the
mattress covers from the beds.
\- Dishes: Please be sure to gather all used dishes and make sure the dishes
are in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher has been started before leaving
(dish washer tabs are located under the kitchen sink).
\- Lock up: be sure to lock the door before leaving.
