Welcome to our spacious cozy home in Ocala, Florida just 10 minutes from Downtown Ocala, 15 minutes away from the stunning Silver Springs State Park and 20 minutes to the World Equestrian Center. Our backyard is comfy and quiet with a paved patio with close direct view of SLP - Southern Livestock Pavilion Rodeo. Ocala/ Marion County is a haven for equestrian enthusiasts and nature lovers boasting the Ocala National Forest. Our quiet family friendly home is the perfect base for for exploring the beauty of this remarkable area, for remote workers, temporary/ seasonal housing and vacationers. We provided desk and comfortable chair and multi-private parkings spaces for your convenience.

You will have easy access to local shops, groceries, restaurants and attractions.
Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary living amenities such as kitchen/ cooking supplies, toiletries, laundry facility, outdoor seating, linens etc. Our home is fully furnished with lots of storage, internet/wifi and all utilities included. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the snacks and coffee that were available was a very nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this rental and will try to stay again when I am in the area.

The rooms were clean. Kitchen was clean but there were issues like broken(burnt and bubbled countertops and drawers hard to open/close. The stove was sketchy (I advised the owner by what I mean by that). There was only one used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no back up. The paper towel holder was a holder not assembled and hung off a shelf on the wall. Not a big deal we just put the paper towel on the counter. But also a used roll so we ran out and there wasn’t a back up. Close to everything. Good neighborhood. Great shower with hot water. Nice little space in back of house where my younger/older kids hung out. Very relaxing and peaceful with comfortable space to take in a movie on the nice TVs that worked. Wi-Fi messed me up a little going in and out but the owner fixed the issue. Great communication with owner. Nice place like using a friends house for a night.

Wedding Adventure

We came for my granddaughter's wedding, the location of the home was perfect for all our outings and was very accomadating for the time we were in town.

Quite neighborhood

In town for a funeral and this was the perfect place for 3 guys to come instead of being crammed into a hotel. It would be nice for a family also.

kayaking Silver Springs

Perfect location for our kayaking trip. Short walk to multiple cafes and stores. 1/2 mile walks.

Rude Awakening

The place was clean and included a few nice amenities such as coffee pods and snacks. The neighborhood was not as inviting as we were expecting, and the house was actually a duplex. The CO/smoke alarm started going off at 2:30AM and the unit would not silence. There was no external battery that could be removed so at 2:30AM with our whole family startled awake and a unit that would not silence our only option was to hit the "disable" switch. This renders the unit inoperable. We deemed this our only choice due to the deafening noise and fact that there was no other way to turn it off. Upon check out we labeled the unit as bad and circled the clear instructions stating that it could not be re-used once disabled. We viewed this as a means to ensure that it was not reinstalled for future malfunctioning/inoperable/unsafe use. The owner reached out very angry that we would "deface" her property and hinder her from reinstalling this now inoperable piece of safety equipment. There was a lack of comprehension of the situation on her part and she essentially refused to listen to our experience. In conclusion, we are now being charged. Salty? Yes we are. We do not recommend due to the owner's inability to recognize her responsibilities verses ours.

The neighborhood is a peaceful, quiet, safe and family friendly community. We are always available to communicate and assist our guests promptly 24 hours a day. We provide all of our guests with contact information and methods to reach us in case of any urgencies/ emergencies, questions or concerns. We take great importance in the safety and the comfort of our guests, hence why we have multiple smoke/ carbon monoxide alarms throughout the home as an alert and preventive measure. We would have assisted immediately if we had received communication and provided instructions on how to safely turn off the alarm to prevent defacement or damage. Thank you for staying with us.
