A king size pull-out sofa sits in a welcoming living room with ample space. There is a clean and fully equipped kitchenette. You can wake up to a delicious hot cup of coffee and watch TV or you can relax on the spacious front porch and look out at a park setting that includes tree swings, BBQ pits, a horseshoe pit and a fire pit.

Quick girls birthday getaway

We had a great girls birthday getaway in Gruene with my mom, sister and niece. This little house was perfect for our needs and was super clean. The host was very responsive and the location was perfect for us! I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We felt right at home during our stay. The property was beautiful and clean, and very comfortable. The check in/out process was easy, and we loved sitting on the porch.

Very impressed with this home. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. Loved how close it was to everything but still very quiet.

Cutest bungalow!!

Such a cute place to stay, has everything you need! Can easily sleep 6, beds are super comfy. In a really nice area and close to downtown gruene. We attended a wedding at the Chandelier and it’s just down the street, less than a mile away! Great location. Would definitely stay again if we come back to gruene!!

Lovely stay near Greune

We rented both bungalows (one bedroom with 2 Queens and one bath each - king sleeper sofa in each) for a family weekend. They are both amazing with plenty of space and a great kitchen area (no dishwasher though but not needed). Check in and out was easy and the mgmt checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Felt removed from the city on a quiet piece of property. Everything was amazing and we will definitely want to stay again next time we visit the Greune/New Braunfels area!

Very lovely stay

We were attending a wedding at the venue next door. This place was very nice and comfortable, had a great vibe. It was a bit tricky to find at first, but once we got there we had a nice time.

Perfect Stay

10/10 it’s a cute, clean, and quiet little place. Also so close to Gruene Historic District & whitewater amphitheater. My family & I really enjoyed our stay and visit - going home feeling so blessed to have found such a great place last minute!

Small, but great!

It is a small little house, but slept 6 of us comfortably. I actually slept on the king pullout and it was some of the best sleep I’ve gotten. Minutes from everything.

Clean, neat, convenient, modern, ample supplies, quiet and private, stylish. We are a family of 3 including a grown daughter. We were attending a local wedding at a chapel on Rte 306. We had stayed in the other side by side unit before and like it.

Amazing property

The design and furnishing of the house is amazing. It was perfect for my family of 3 but can sleep 6 comfortably. It was very clean and new. The house had everything that you may need. Good location, quick drive to restaurants and stores. The owner of the property was super sweet and accommodating.

Great Experience

Beautiful property! We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at the venue next door and used them as bride and groom suits the night before. Night of, bride and groom got one to themselves and a few of the wedding party stayed in the other. Highly recommend!

Professionals!!

We loved our stay and enjoyed it very much! By far the best VRBO experience we’ve had. I could tell the care that went into this place and the managers are professionals at this. The space was great and the little touches they provided like K cups and one thing of laundry detergent was so nice. We will be back.

Gorgeous retreat just outside of Gruene!

We were lucky enough to be the first guests at this gorgeous, brand new bungalow. So stylish and comfortable that we hardly wanted to leave it! After the crowds in Gruene, this was the perfect retreat. Comfortable beds, great living room, super tall ceilings, wonderful fluffy towels and a very nice bathroom. The front porch is lovely too. Thank you Vivian for a wonderful stay and for thinking of everything detail - even a very nice hairdryer.

Super cute place!

They have done an awesome job with this spot! Conveniently located. Fairly easy to find, and still very private and quiet. Clean and well decorated. Our only small complaints were no mugs for our morning coffee, and the fan making a clicking noise at night. Otherwise it was probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in!

Great stay!

Super cute bungalow! Stayed there so we could go float the Guadalupe River for the 4th. Wish we would’ve had more time at the bungalow to enjoy the amenities. Only recommendation would be to make sure you have your own bbq equipment. There is a bbq pit but no cooking utensils to use with it.

Perfect spot - So close to Gruene

This property was great. It had a wonderful modern feel, fantastic towels, beds, and sheets. You are an 8 minute ride from Gruene and any and everything you could possibly need is within a short distance. These properties are also extremely convenient if you are attending a wedding at the venue next door as we did. An idea we had was that the owner could strike up a deal with the wedding venue to add a gate so that VRBO guests could easily stroll over to and from the wedding venue. We loved this property and hope to return!
