This freshly remodeled retreat boasts spacious interiors and contemporary design, with plenty of outdoor living space and central to everything.

Our home is the quintessential all-season desert retreat perfect for adults and children to relax, have fun and create wonderful lifelong memories. Whether your interests lie in perusing Scottsdale’s premier outdoor malls - Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, heading to the TPC - home to the WM Phoenix Open, or to WestWorld which hosts Scottsdale’s premier events including - the Barrett Jackson Car Show, the Arabian Horse Show and the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships, or to enjoy one of the many scenic desert hikes with breath-taking vistas, our home’s central location provides optimal access to all of it. Our home is less than 3 miles from Mayo Clinic.

If you prefer you could simply master the art of AZ outdoor living without even leaving the property. Our home's impressive outdoor space wows with a resort-style pool (heated upon request for an additional fee), a private putting green, ping pong table, expansive covered patio with multiple lounge areas, a gas BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven. From floating in the private pool to basking in the sunshine on the loungers or in the hammock, shooting some hoops, practicing your skills on the putting green, or having a fun game of corn hole or ping pong, our home has something for everyone!

Indoors you’ll find the main living areas on the first floor including the fully-equipped kitchen, living room, formal dining space and cozy bar / sitting area with wine fridge, a powder room and laundry room (with washer and dryer). Make yourself at home in the open living room, furnished with a comfortable sectional and 60” ROKU TV, or engage in some old-fashioned fun by trying your hand at one of the many board games or puzzles.

Four spacious bedrooms and two additional bathrooms are located on the second floor. And although we hope you are here to relax and have fun, in the event work does beckon, there is a separate, private office for your convenience on this floor too. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a large computer monitor.

Our property is equipped with on-site devices for your security – including electronic locks, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and an exterior motion sensor camera by the front door. This home is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and if noise issues cannot be resolved, guests may be asked to leave. No events or parties are allowed. ** This is NOT a party house. If your intent is to party, please secure a more suitable home. Thank You! **

This home is cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19, and we offer a fully contactless check-in and check-out experience.

As a courtesy to parents of infants a high chair, pac 'n' play, and baby gate can be provided at no cost. Please just make this request in advance.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, you will receive 50% back. In any other event there will be no refund. Management also reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth in the rental agreement are not adhered to .*
