Our home's impressive outdoor space wows with a resort-style pool (heated upon request for an additional fee), a private putting green, ping pong table, expansive covered patio with multiple lounge areas, a gas BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven. From floating in the private pool to basking in the sunshine on the loungers or in the hammock, shooting some hoops, practicing your skills on the putting green, or having a fun game of corn hole or ping pong, our home has something for everyone!
Indoors you’ll find the main living areas on the first floor including the fully-equipped kitchen, living room, formal dining space and cozy bar / sitting area with wine fridge, a powder room and laundry room (with washer and dryer). Make yourself at home in the open living room, furnished with a comfortable sectional and 60” ROKU TV, or engage in some old-fashioned fun by trying your hand at one of the many board games or puzzles.
Four spacious bedrooms and two additional bathrooms are located on the second floor. And although we hope you are here to relax and have fun, in the event work does beckon, there is a separate, private office for your convenience on this floor too. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is provided, as well as a large computer monitor.

This home is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and if noise issues cannot be resolved, guests may be asked to leave. As a courtesy to parents of infants a high chair, pac 'n' play, and baby gate can be provided at no cost. Please just make this request in advance.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, you will receive 50% back. In any other event there will be no refund. Management also reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth in the rental agreement are not adhered to .*
