Beautiful Home for a lovely stay

Fabulous property with all the amenities you need for a great vacation stay in Cape Coral. Home is very well appointed with a stunning pool area and many other top quality features. We had an excellent time and hope to return soon

We very much liked the house and location. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because we had no access to the garage and it didn’t say that in the description .

Cape Coral Vacation

The home was very clean. We took our boat and were able to tie it up on the dock behind the home. We really enjoyed being able to go to Ft. Myers Beach on the boat. We were able to anchor just off the shore of the beach and walk on to the beach and enjoy the beach area and restaurants and bars that are on the beach.

Jaw Dropping Beauty, Immediate Stress Relief

The property is so beautiful, spacious, well laid out. The lanai, pool, gorgeous new patio all overlooking a wide canal. Property had everything we could want. Wished we had booked a longer stay and hope to work out a return vacation, every year.

AMAZING home - wonderful views

We stayed at this amazing property for spring break with our two teenage boys, and had the BEST time! The property has everything you could want or need. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals, the floor plan offers privacy for the adults, the views of the canal are spectacular, the pool was so clean and gorgeous. Pride of ownership really shines through with this property.

Great relaxing vacation poolside.

The property is very well located in overlooking the inter-coastal. Beautiful house with all the things you need to relax, grill and have fun with the family. I just missed having a TV in the master bedroom, but it was an incredible experience. The owners were great communicating. Great appliances, great internet, if you need to work. Will definitely visit again.

great location....

This home was very comfortable with great views.. we rented a boat and location of this home was great and easy to get to the river. Had all needed items and then some.. Only suggestion would be to have coolers for when boating.. Owner easily accessible.

Fantastic hosts and a great location.

We have been to Cape Coral a number of times with the family and this was the nicest location, was the most well taken care of home, and the hosts were on top of everything. Dave reached out immediately and it was all easy from there. It felt like you were borrowing a house from a relative and they wanted to be sure you enjoyed it. You just cannot go wrong and will not be disappointed.

This property is the best we have stayed in. The home was very well appointed and supplied. The owners are truly interested in making this house feel like home. The only problem I can think of is that it’s not available next February ☹️ Thanks for everything R&P!!

Beautiful home

We loved this house!!! Very quiet, great location, absolutely beautiful home and property! Kitchen has everything you will need. Coffee bar was a nice addition. Beds extremely comfortable. Outside living is amazing. Sit by the pool or sit on the patio and watch the dolphins in the canal. Owners are great and made us feel right at home. Thank you Dave and Karen!

An Enjoyable Vacation Spot

We had a great stay at the Orchid Lighthouse! The property is well maintained for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances, dishes, and cookware. The pool area is very nice and even has floating devices and diving toys. There are plenty of pool towels. The beds are very firm, but comfortable. Dave and Karen are very attentive to their guests and want to make your experience at their property a memorable vacation. Thanks for sharing your home!

Relaxing Vacation at Orchid Lighthouse

My husband and I loved this property from the moment we arrived! It was very clean and was as pictured!! We throughly enjoyed the pool and the canal! Met a few of the neighbors as well who are very friendly. The owners are fabulous and always responsive! The property is within 25 to 30 minutes of Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva. Naples is within a 50 min drive as well . We will return!!

Orchid Lighthouse

We had an amazing experience! The owners were so very accommodating, having most everything that you may have forgotten. And past guests had even left non perishable items, which was great. The pool was beautiful and the view from the pool was even better. Delicious places to eat were located near by. Door dash and Uber was available. Over all we would give it a 10/10. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Nice place

This property was perfect when we arrived,however then hurricane Ian arrived and it turned into a house without power or water with no chance of it being restored soon. Do not take this a a criticism as if it had not been for the weather it was perfect. However we received very little from the owner post the hurricane!!

Unfortunately, phone service and power was down after the storm and the guest failed to notify us that he departed the home. We were in constant contact through VRBO site and guest was non responsive.

Don’t hesitate…book it!

Two week stay. Party of 6. Clean (I am one for cleanliness… and I was so comfortable…it was so clean!) Spacious, supplies to help you through the first bit of your stay and the some for the duration of your stay. We drove and didn’t have a lot of room for extras so this was very much appreciated! Beds great, lots of towels. We ran out of propane and it was replaced with a new tank in minutes!! Wow!! So comfortable. Enjoyed the patio waterfront, the heated pool, the lanai…a great property. Owners very responsive, very nice!

Hi! Welcome to our dream home! We are your hosts Dave and Karen. We trust that you will love our home. We live in the midwest and Cape Coral is our escape from the cold Winters. We also love to meet people and travel so we RV with our Goldendoodles when we are not at home.

The Orchid Lighthouse home is located on a 200 foot wide canal that is very deep. You can see Ocean life, including dolphins, manatees , stingrays, tarpon and many other fish right from the dock. By water it is just a short boat ride directly out to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico!. Sanibel beaches, Ft Myers beach and the intercoastal waterways are an explorers dream come true!

Tranquility of the calm water on morning sunrises sipping your morning coffee. Cooking in the well appointed kitchen with water views.
